  1. Tennis team has had a few Aussies over the past 20 years or so.
  2. bet they have strong thumbs and good grip strength
  3. if they got their degree from UNT, no issues. If they left before their 4 yrs or without a degree then no. COVID 5th/6th year screwed up fans minds on how they view the Transfer Portal
  4. Those down voting the young man getting his degree from UNT, need to just leave the internet. Without COVID Tylor would have been done, instead of being butt hurt, just say thank you for the years and congrats on the degree from NORTH TEXAS!!!
  5. just another dumb ass move by CUSA, not sure any other conference does this garbage. I do see AAC plays single elimination so you have to be ready every game.
  6. Gut check time 4/3 lead B7 Hopefully the nerves are gone, we get another inning like the B6
  7. Tie Ballgame T5; clutch hitting by the ladies. -- now 3-2 Also Charlotte losing their starter Top 5 helped out. The freshman who came in in relief for UNT is solid.
  8. typical spring weather in Ruston, went there 3 times this spring for officiating and only had 1 day of actual matches played due to rain.
  9. you are correct the ULL, has ego issues so they want to be called Louisiana, make sure they appear better than ULM.
  10. Arkansas fans and sportscasters are dumbfounded right now with this de-commitment
  11. bye, hope the grass is greener the 4th time. Poor advice being given to him
  12. FIU is not moving to AAC thankfully, they are stuck in the expansionist CUSA, alongside LaTech. So for now 1 less team to beat-up on UNT next year
  13. @untlifer look at his tenure and how it ended at ILL, seems he topped out with Sun Belt and has not been able to match FIU, RICE, or Charlotte over the years. AAC is even tougher with SMU, Memphis, along with Charlotte and Rice coming over as well. Also add in that there is a high turnover of players, including losing his #1 to KS for 23-34 season
  14. I do not understand the seeding by CUSA, recognize they use ITA Ranking, but when the #3 seed has beaten both #1 and #2 makes no sense. Same as UTSA being #8 even though they thumped UNT.
  15. #1 player is transferring to Kansas; committed on March 2nd
  16. he is graduating from UNT with a degree, why do so many not realize that. He played his 2 yrs got his degree and he is utilizing the extra gift year due to COVID. Just wish him well and be thankful he got his degree from UNT.
  17. he is graduating with a degree from UNT, why can we not be happy for him, he will always be a UNT alun and is only using a 5th year because of COVID rules. Not like he left after sophomore year.
  18. shut up, don't encourage him\her\they\them to change their biased views 😉
  19. They just signed a PG out of the transfer portal
  20. Bingo!! This is why we should not be mad, he will have a degree, he is not transferring out before getting a degree. Let him enjoy his 5th year.
  21. Assume Perry is graduating, so good luck to him. He played 2 years and taking advantage of his COVID year to play a 5th year. He would have been done anyways if not for COVID, sucks, but wish him luck at his next endeavor
  22. typical small minded thinking by UNT Brass, instead of making it convenient for the public and bringing out a big crowd, they limit it to a small crowd, guess they want to make sure no work or time after 5pm during the off-season, way to kill the buzz of the NIT Win.
  23. curious if they also add in streaming on ESPN+. No cable here so was happy to watch it on Hulu/ESPN+
  24. I agree with that assessment, but these refs are making calls in real time, we get to see replays. As an official in another sport, I cut them some slack.
  25. to be fair UNT got away with 3 time clock violations, that accounted for at least 7 pts. Refs were at least consistent
