Big Difference we had 3 straight winning seasons a relatively weak conference, they have had over a decade of straight winning seasons in one of the toughest conferences in nation, plus the national title and several SEC titles. This is comical though, I needed the laugh to start out my Monday.

Try and check some polls UNT was Top 10 this season after 2 weeks, then the embarassment started. BTW DD has had 4 bad years in 8 and only 3 winning seasons in 8 years

We were ranked Top 10 at the start if the year, so obviously the sportswriters were either seeing some serious talent or they were sucking down the green kool-aid like all of us. DD probably does deserve a break for this season, but 4 Conference losses is pathetic after winning 4 straight Titles, where are the recruits from those 4 titles???

Happened early Saturday Morning so all the papers missed it for Saturday, but made it Front Page DRC Sunday.

Defense played great at end of the game to give the offense 2 more chances, shame we had to lose the game, but the team seemed to play well for the most part, did hear alot of penalties though.

wish i could havce made the game, great comeback by the guys that just came up short, just got down to quick. Phillips is the real deal it sounds like with over 200yds passing in just 3Q Hopefully he gets the start next week. Hopefully we do not do what no UNT team has done since 1982 and that is going winless at home. Nice to a good crowd though.

Good start was bringing in Phillips, now just need Defense to step it up, good job on turnovers but still allowing the other team to move the ball to much, need to get away from this bend but don't break mentality.

Meager was inept as usual, 18 plays 69 yds no scores, @ TO and at least 1 Delay of Game Phillips comes in in relief and gets 13 points, 5-7 pasing, no Delay of Games Also PC looks like gold tonight and Warren and Weathers will be awesome as the years go on.

Thinking about since homecoming was originally October there would not have been any conflict, as for the junk, were you there last night??? Probably not but the 2000 or so who showed up enjoyed the Yell like Hell and Homecoming Court announcements and yes even a less than enthusiastic Homecoming by DD, but Chris Miller was great and finally the streaker on the skateboard was a funny sight as he made two passes before the cops corralled him.. Yes the school could have done better planning on the fly but don't diss parts of homecoming, hell you could call tonights game junk.

It is gorgeous now, was out playing tennis for 2 hours and the Sun came out full bore around 10:30 or so. Will be a perfect evening for football.

SFa usually has a strong Women's Team, sometimes comparable to La. Tech. They have been up and down the last few years but they usually are above Average so it looks like a good win for the ladies.

Wow I can just imagine DD sitting in front of his computer checking us out. Give me a break. DD's allegiance only lies with his players/coaches (which is fine and admirable) and his paychecks not the school. He has basically said FU to the fans and school with his wimpering about facilties and how tough his job is. Imagine if Mack Brown, Stoops, or other real coaches bitched about that, they would take a ton more heat than what DD has felt in his 8 years combined. He has it relatively easy here.

Get used to it meaning, embarassing OOC losses home and away, settling for Sun Belt Titles and that is it. Having alums b**ch about lack of attendance and how little spirit the students have as well as coach who after a new stadium, new facilties, still will complain about having the most difficult situation. If I hit the nail on the head, I guess myself and thousands of other will be able to get used to it.

How is it breaking balls when it's so FREAKING obvious to 90% of the fans!!! Read my post closer, did I say he lost ULL?? NO THAT WAS THE EXCEPTION!!!!! What has he done in any of the other 8 games to think the next 2 games will be different??? This apathy crap is killing me. What do you want the defense to do,give the offense 8 TO's, wait they did that against FIU and DM led them to what 13 points, 5 TO's against MTSU and he only got 7 pts. The offense constantly left the Defense out to dry on a short-field. Yes the defense has been torched but how many of the opponents drives started near the 50 yd line? So tell me what has DM done in the other 8 games that actually warrants him the chance to the start the last 2 games?? What will it hurt allowing MP to play, this season is already a waste, except we get to see PC try and break a few rushing records.

Bad thing is I believe the Spirit March is at 7:00 tonight, then the Yell like Hell and what not, would be nice if UNT would actually coordinate events sometimes, make the B-Ball Games a focal point.
