Galieva is a Soph. She played last year at UALR and transferred when they dropped their program. Also Tulsa just smacked Rice 4-1. Rice has best 1/2 punch in conference but Tulsa has the depth, especially with their Polish girl at #5, who was being recruited by a few SEC schools, but they did not wait for clearinghouse issues to finish

the team is in my mind around #4-6 seed right now. #1/2 Tulsa/Rice #3 Louisiana Tech (solid #1-3, then taper off, but still good) #4 UNT #5 MUTS #6 UTSA (little streaky, but good up top) #7 Tulane (can not figure this team out, bad losses and close losses) #8 UTEP although they did beat UTSA 4-3 #9-16 hard to figure out, the team are similar and much weaker than top 8

The BOR just shelled out a 3-4 yr extension for a Football coach with with 1 winning season in 3 (not saying he did not deserve with the bowl win), they bought out the previous hire early, now two more crappy hires. I actually like the UTSA rivalry, let it happen, if we do not like then have the Coach go out to beat the snot out of them rather than playing conservative not to lose football, causing a loss. Really only 3 good home games: SMU *DUH*, La Tech, and USM due to name. Could care less about Nicholls or the FU's, why could we not get a New Mexico State or hell even Idaho again would be better than Nicholls.

Out of the QB Greer has been the best as far as the evals from what I have seen. Maybe this lights a fire under Williams, will be good for all to have a great QB battle.

Rice has a tough 1-2 punch with Beazant (chaired her match 2 yrs ago when she beat ole Miss All-American in NCAA 2nd Rd) and Harmath, tricky lefty that annoys the hell out of opponents, then just lots of depth. Tulsa is just solid, plus they added a Polish Girl that was being recruited by SEC schools, but was a challenge to get in. Tulane is nothing spectacular just solid and deep.
