  1. wow some big time hires by CUSA Schools, Littrell and staff better get their big boy pants because CUSA is getting better with the level of coaches coming in and recruiting
  2. Is it not at least a hit when a player leaves prior to graduating, not as big as failing out, but still a small hit because they left in good standing before graduation
  3. really Navy is a Bodybag game!?!?! Good grief expectations remain low. If we are not better than SMU in fans views then why even go to a bowl then, other than to say look we got a participation award. Might as well turn down invites until we get an Idaho or the Navy JV team.
  4. since UNT fans are scared of Navy, might as well send La Tech to play Navy and let UNT play Idaho or some opponent of lesser level. Would not want the team to maybe step and play better competition.
  5. -1's are working quite well
  6. So why are we so scared of Navy or better teams, if Litrell is as good a coach as many believe. he will find a way to motivate those 68 players to fight until the end, you know just like UTEP, UTSA, WKY, oh wait. Bowl game is a bowl game, but good grief why are we afraid to play better teams. Would rather than play Navy than Idaho.
  7. well if UH is watching the UTEP game Littrell and crew are already off the list, pathetic game plan so far
  8. wow you would think 12 games in the DC would have taught these guys how to properly tackle, guess not.
  9. why are we worried, all of the guys out against UTEP were out against a better USM team, so same game plan, but sthis time Defense does not fall asleep for majority of 2nd half
  10. good lord go to LSU where the fans and AD will torch you if you win less than 75% of your games, but then again if the other option is UT and those bunch of idiots, LSU does not look to bad outside of unrealistic expectations
  11. this could be like the UTSA choke job in 2013, Conference Title on line and DMac throws an egg, hopefully Littrell has team prepared for Juarez North, and clinches Bowl Bid, versus getting into bowl at 5-7 for being a good academic participant.
  12. Either Holtz or Brohm Littrell and Wilder did good with some turn arounds
  13. I would love to see Herman tell UT to shove it, but to many of these coaches only going for the $$$$
  14. Does she not have about 4-5 transfers that are now eligible, so the team should be good, not like they are completely new to UNT
  15. what was with them calling us the "Green Machine" I may have missed our new slogan and nickname
  16. wewwww!! nice win but think need BP medicine now. Bring on the Miners!!
  17. amazing TD run by Ivory, Morris looked like leader on that drive
  18. hell 68 players or not penalties and turnovers are to blame lately, good stops for Defense only to be pushed back onto field because of bone head choices like clockwork a bone head penalty to get USM deeper into red zone
  19. good grief, Defense makes a stop and then Offense loses 11 yds and punts in under a minute. Leadership is needed indeed
  20. our defense is pathetic, not tackling then playing 10 yd cushion on a 4th and 5, wide open receiver for conversion
  21. can someone pass on a dictionary to our coaches, so they can look what adjust means Add tackling to the definition needs
  22. hmmm looks like one team made adjustments at the half and that includes a FR. at QB, guess what surprisingly it is not UNT, once again adjusting
  23. team needs to forget about Bowl Games and get back to winning football games, they have looked horrible since the big wins against Army and Marshall
  24. Who is pulling the strings that is allowing Benford to still be the coach, because it certainly can not be WB.
  25. UTEP and USM are not world beaters but with the numerous injuries road is much, much tougher now
