Pretty bad if true, no wonder lawsuit was ready for filing.

I did like that Scott Frost, even though he is headed to Nebraska, stood up and called out the sham of the BCS Committee. UCF should of at least been given a chance, they were not even considered and purposely held back by the committee.

We got blown in 4 of 5 games we played good competition. Iowa sleepwalked by us, an below average SMU team put up 50+, FAU easily could have put 70+ in both games but tapped the brakes, Troy bullied on both sides of ball putting up 50 with out 3 of their better players, only good team team beat was Army and that was a shoot-out. The naysayers would be fine if we were competitive in games against good competition, but the team was not competitive and FAU and SMU games score was closer because of garbage time TD's.

Think the Early Signing for Football, helps try to level the field somewhat by allowing the G5's to lock up recruits before the P5 vultures come in last second to try and pick off. Yes the P5's will still get their 5* players at least now G5's can lock up players and relax.

so what happened last 2 games played teams on par or better, then they gave up 13 in 2 games.

hahaha you love getting under the skin. Most don't realize we are excited for the 9-5 record, but team probably is more of a 5-7, 6-6 team that got a few miracle victories.
Think it is funny how they tear down FAU, yet Kiffin is getting it done with a team that was way down as well, but he went out and hired actual Asst Coaches with skins, not promote a QB Coach to be OC or a Secondary Coach to be DC.
Defense sucked, Offense put up pts but many in garbage time, during actual game time was shut down multiple times for stretches at a time.
Now some on board think we will lose to UTSA and UAB next year? WTF?!?!? Thought SL was a great coach, if so he should not lose those games.
Finally got my first warning because I told someone to get a clue, guess Cerebrus was bored so wanted to flex his nerd muscles.

Does not help that there are a number of sexual harassment allegations and employees who are or have been suspended under his watch, with many women also noting that the upper brass did very little.

that's fine, but we are paying these buys more $$$ to not have these embarrassments, yet 2x this season on ESPN the staff got straight curb stomped. Thankfully the first FAU game was not on nationwide. Offense has been great, although at times sporadic, but the defense, with older players was horrible. Hell at least ST improved over the season, the defense never showed, much except against weaker opponents. Anyone closer in level and it became a role of the dice in those games (UTSA, La Tech, Army, ODU, UAB). Probably best game was second half against USM.

Did Mendoza give up 500 yds rushing in a game, give up offensive record to FAU in Game #1. I think the poor play was very much on par with Mendoza in several games. Thank goodness for Rice, Lamar, and UTEP to bring down the stats, since the coaching staff loves to promote stats

So then we lose one of our wins in 2018 since you can only count 1 win towards Bowl Eligibility against FCS competition. What a bang up job of scheduling when every win is needed for Bowl.

If the players do not see the issue, then there are much bigger issues at play, the players should be embarrassed at having so many records put up against them, that even rival Mendoza like levels of suck

UIW is FCS in Southland, Liberty is FBS transition, no DII. Guess 9 wins and UNT fans become Football Snobs talking down every other school.

How about the players ignore the forums and press clippings and just play. Multiple times this year the defense got big heads and then got torched. They should be embarrassed having so many records put up on them for futility, but hey whatever let them defend their coach for their poor play.

I like what Troy had done 2 straight 10+ win seasons, a big Top 25 win over a P5, their losses were not blow outs.

watch 2 of the fumbles, Fine is holding the ball way out not protecting, now the one he got smashed on can't fault him as no one saw the safety blitz coming

the turnovers deep in UNT territory were huge momentum changers.

also 2 INTs, yes one was unlucky, but other was poor throw, add in 3 fumbles and 2 of which lost deep in UNT territory. Sorry Fine's mistakes cost the team greatly yesterday. Add in the poorly thrown balls, so yes 303 is impressive in the stats book, but the mistakes were glaring. OLine or not.
