The fun is gone. I try to be positive, but this team is not good. There doesn’t seem to be a logical explanation except for coaching. I think everyone kept thinking that things would start to click and fall into place. So far it hasn’t. I miss JJ and trying to protect a 2-0 lead for 39 minutes and 50 seconds.

That was my point. :-)

Worst basketball team i've seen in 35 years

That made me laugh. Too soon? -
I believe there to be "athlete friendly" classes. I believe the athletes know exactly what these classes are and get to register before other students. :-) However, the athletes are extremely busy and it's got to be very challenging to be a student / athlete, especially during the season.

Agree, none of the players should read the boards. Unfortunately people are intentionally mean and will stab you in the back faster than you can turn around if you make a mistake. Athletes aren’t really people, just things to be analyzed. /sarcasm- 43 replies

Think he meant us?

Nice! They could go 0-4 in OOC.

It's good to have meaningful discussion on everything. There's always room for improvement. It's just the same people who constantly tell us how much they hate the coach or the AD or the ticket office or the admin or the players or uniforms. It seems like it will never be good enough or right in their eyes. It's just a small handful but they seem to crap on everyone's parade.

Well said, TFLF. Thank you!!

I had a good bowel committee this morning. Good times.

I feel sorry for people like that because someone will eventually call them on it and they look like a dumb ass. Yeah, it's sometimes tough to be a die hard for a school that doesn't drop $153 mil on their athletic program. However, I refuse to wear clothing or financially support a school that didn't educate me. I wish all our alum felt that way.

I work with a SHSU grad and he wears aggie stuff and refers to himself as an aggie. He's been to one game at Kyle. Kinda sad actually. SHSU has a great football program, too. Why not support the school that actually educated you? Congrats to Baylor. They've take a lot of grief over the years. Especially from some on this board. Big 12 championship and a Heismen winner the past few years. Not bad.

I'm sure it's Dodge's fault.

Ha! If not knowing what they were talking about stopped people from posting, this place would be dead.

Actually they can serve at 17. Still a child. Still don't deserve to have awful things written about them on a fan board by miserable old men who want to live vicariously through them.- 43 replies

There's a fine line between giving a useful opinion and putting down 17 year old children and then calling them a waste of a scholarship if they don't pan out.- 43 replies

Wow, that kind of makes me sad.

Slow starts are stressful. I hate coming out flat.

If we were 1000 miles to the west the MWC would make sense. The argument that it has stronger programs is valid. Still doesn't change the fact we are in Denton TX and it's a 9 hour drive to the very closest school in that conference.

Great stuff, thanks!!

Ok, I laughed really hard.
