Of course IU is not as good as they have been in years past. We beneifited from not having to play a top 25 team. Nonetheless, it does look like we are righting the ship. Thank God.

When I saw that Lafayette score last night I was floored. The Cajuns are gonna be damn tough this year.

Uhhh the size of the stadiums showing the relative popularity of the sport is the most asinne thing I've read in a good while. Football stadiums are bigger because the field of play is about 5 times as big - so naturally you can fit way more people around it. Texas has never been a huge basketball state. It sorta sucks, but it's fine. Other states sports other than football are number one, or they at least rival it in popularity. Take CA for instance. Los Angeles couldn't support either of 2 teams they had. Folks around here aren't particularly interested in attracting a new team either. Texas has never been that way. The few of us who have basketball as our #1 passion are few and far between(or we don't even live there anymore like yours truly).

Well that's just how the local news is man. All they cover here is the practice sessions of Michigan and USC for the Rose Bowl. I don't even think the Lakers are making the news right now. Then again, it is the Rose Bowl.

Not sure if anyone saw...but Sportscenter had highlights from the game. Of course it was all IU stuff...but it was nice to see the Colesium on TV.

If yall hadn't noticed...I've been away. Visiting the family and all....and I *just* got back home moments ago. I looked online and saw that the Hoosiers took us down, but in a fairly close game. So how'd we look? Oh and by the way...it's good to see the board again.

Guess it's a good thing I had stuff to do last night(prepping for the holidays) and didn't listen.

St. Bonaventure has a pretty good squad though. This wasn't a bad loss.

I've watched the Hoosiers a few times this year. They definitely are in a rebuilding mode - which is great for us.

The final was 91-50. Wowsers...

No problem man. I don't catch all of them because of the internship I'm doing...but I still am able to listen to most games.

The signs for a successful season are defintely there.

I watched that game on TV. I wonder how some of those folks could even see anything.

They started the Wendy's thing a few years ago - while I was still a student. My ex girlfriend and I would horde all of those coupons we could and then eat free for days. I don't know if they check now, but wendy's ALWAYS took them - if we had hit the required number of 3's or not. Just a word to the wise.
