I remember when Army was in a conference years ago.... (CUSA maybe?) they didn't have much success. I think they're one of the few schools that would rather stay Independent. But what do I know.

Not to minimize yesterday's abomination, but it was only one game. Let's see how we respond over the next few weeks. If we struggle to put things together, then yeah it's gonna be really rough when the schedule turns to the big teams in the league. Should we make some leaps forward, then maybe we can be competitive with them.

I wouldn't predict it, but I also wouldn't be surprised if he's playing for a National Title within five years at Colorado.

The first game was abysmal, but I'm not ready to call the hire an out and out failure yet. Even if it turns out to be a total dumpster fire, no one can really say that after one game.

I've better spent 3.5 hours doing plenty of other things, I'll just leave it at that. Thank God that's over.

Plenty of Power 5 schools are nearly always lousy.

With the little I know about the situation, I place more blame on Disney than Spectrum. I'd started hearing about their dispute about a week ago, so the fact that talks seemingly broke down didn't totally blindside me. Both share some responsibility.

Sometimes it's just not your night. The guys played well though, and in the tournament they were fantastic.

Davis proved with his long overseas career that he was legit.

Chris Davis was absolutely amazing. It's unfortunate he only played for a single winning team, and that was only 15-14, his Junior campaign.
