  1. Have you never watched a BCS game? That's what Mack is "required" to do if he is going to prove to the voters that he convincingly won the game. Does it suck: yes. Is it going to happen 3 dozen more times today (to other schools): yes.
  2. He red shirted at JC, and played one year. That leaves 3 to play 3.
  3. Best 1. Held potentail All American Charles to 77 yards rushing. 2. Wilson looks to have secured the starting spot for SMU. 3. Spencer seemd to have lots of leg, of coruse he had lots or attemtps. Worst 1. Our pass defense got torched.
  4. They would have had something to do with UT, as the were on the field at the time. This is a UT team that hung 70 on Colorado, they have several NFL quality players. There will be many other teams this year that may not fare as well as we do.
  5. Yeah! Like last year...oh wait, that's when everyone starting cussing for the heralded back-up. I feel for DD sometimes, soooo much crap from yall people; but rarely, if ever, gets any respect or praise.
  6. Woody has 3 years of eligibility left, so are you saying that he won't start until next year?
  7. um, a defending national champion will force mistakes; that's why they are defendng their title.
  8. Any IV related retractions?
  9. Well, lets see who gets the next drive. Is it a true rotation, or something else?
  10. I voted for Isaac Thomas, but I am hoping for Ramon Flannigan...hoping that he has a really good gameplan for UT.
  11. And we can't all forget the National Cheerleading Championship. (because supporting basketball games wasn't a scored category.)
  12. I am not questioning the graduate program, but the undergraduate technical writing course I took as an undergradute could have been the worst course I ever took at UNT. My most memeorable moment was when the instructor taught us that technical documents are always written in first person. Several engineers in the class just kind of stared at her blankly.
  13. That's as bad as our inclusion on this list. (People, read the board before posting. We could probably save Harry a fortune in bandwidth every year if we reduced the number of duplicate posts.)
  14. Was he working behind the 2nd team o-line?
  15. No, its one week from Texas, and we the fans don't know who the quarterback will be. That doesn't mean that DD or the staff haven't made a decision yet.
  16. Stebo - That is one of the most objective examinations ofthe 'belt I have read yet. Very well worded. Now I will let those folks that are pissed to be in the 'belt start lambasting you.
  17. I have heard word that yes, somone will be under center next Saturday.
  18. And the time before that Booger and company held him to 54 yards. (while sacking Chris Simms 7 times).
  19. I bring it back up, as I thought it was interesting on how quickly Cedric Benson is moving towards the ranks of another Chicago running back who never lived up to expectations. It looks like he will accomplish this with injuries and character issues.
  20. Well, here is another clue as to why Benson is overrated:
  21. I doubt you would get an answer from the branding/marketing dpeartment either.
  22. When I scroll down, all I see is this:
  23. Translation: His hand was broke during a fight. Can someone please tell me what our 2-deep roster looks like; w/o the injured?
  24. They do, that's the problem. Until very, very recently that has been a glaring academic weakness in or university. School administrators only wanted to be an art school, and did not want to invest in things like engineering. I hope that has changed, with the creation of a college of engineering...but that will take some serious capital. Stop and take a look at what school spend on engineering departments; its a lot of cash.
  25. Well hopefully the coaching staff has learne something about serious injuries on their star players: it was foolish to see if Cobbs could play one handed (and then with one knee), it was foolish to not shut Jamario down last year to rest his hammy, and it will be foolish to to try and play a WR who has a cast on one hand. If his hand has a cast, red shirt him; and bring him back for 2007. But don't waste his senior year by letting him try to play wide receiver with a cast. That would be bad for the team, and bad for any draft potential.
