  1. Link Looks pretty serious
  2. I read this thread, and all I can think of is the aggie that got dog piled for posting about an OU player that was receiving checks for not doing any work....and then hailed as the greatest aggie ever once Bomar was caught. I need to save this thread, just in case.
  3. I start thinking about it the minute the trainer explains the injury. I keep the filled out paperwork in my desk drawer, and then begin discussing it with him later this week.
  4. t-shirts? Sounds like a best seller to me.
  5. How UT or Notre Dame or UT? Both of those teams feel some kind of entitlement to winning.
  6. Here's some more numbers/facts: 1 . 36-36. That's the number of rushes to the number of pass attempts. Can anyone tell me the last time Hall or Smith threw the ball 36 times? Or the last time we threw the ball as much as we ran it? 2. 2-157. That's the number of kick-off returns, and the yards gained. It was bad, but its not something that can't be corrected. 3. 6-45 and 7-66. That's the number of penalties and associated yards. That's got to be an improvement. 4. Can't find a number, but I have heard many times that a Qb improves the most from year 1 to year 2. That gives me hope for next year once Woody gets another year under his belt. And using that fact, it makes me wonder how Meager couldn't put the others away during practice. I am not gonna pump sunshine; but Sunbelt play is about to start. Besides Omar from Troy, I don't think there are athletes on teh same athletic tier as Jamario and Woody.
  7. Come on FFr, you know as well as I that increaed enrollment comes from the marketing firsm we hire; not athletic sucesses.
  8. Maybe we should nominate a Sunbelt team to try this experiment to prove/disprove your theory. Wait, first we would need a Sunbelt team to string 4 wins in a row.
  9. here's somethign quick and dirty.
  10. Below is the drive summary for the 3rd and 4th quarter. One drive of consequence. Several more drives that ate clock, and didn't go anywhere. Not exactly dominating.
  11. Warning: The Akron numbers are deceptive, as they were never forced to work the entire field (thanks to their special teams).
  12. We got all our yardage and points in garbage time; the really, really sad part is that garbage time started in the 2nd quarter (that's when Akron already had their 2nd string defense in).
  13. Its hard to be a defensive player when you are only 20 yards of the field. Does he teach kick-off coppverage?
  14. Yeah, hopefully those runs by Jamario will end that "jamario's not the same" crap. Just goes to show that JQ and Jamario have enough talent to overcoem the offensive system they play in.
  15. we are already down 7-0
  16. No, go to kntu or 100.7 "The Word" and you can stream live from them.
  17. Check the handle of the original poster, if you go by meangreendork, it is only time before it gets shortened to 'dork.
  18. I just don't understand. Its like he pumping nails into the coffin that contains his career. I guess he knows what he's doing
  19. I just vomitted in my mouth. I can't belive I just read an article on how its Jamario's fault. This tells me that DD feesl there is an execution problem with the running game; not a coaching or playcalling problem. [shaking head]
  20. I have heard two theories: 1. Chancellor Jackson owns the board. 2. An undergournd SMU group utilizes the board as a way to keep sending us their quarterbacks and offensive coordinators.
  21. Maybe we can talk DD/RF into throwing the offensive playbooks onto the top of that thing.
  22. I doubt Philadelphia will get blanked this week. They played pretty well against the Giants. (I can only assume you mean the Philadelphia Eagles). The headline would probably read: Mean Green Zipped
  23. Becuase we would have had enough money to only buy half a stadium. Matress Mac donated the last million to outfit the athletic center, its not like there was unused money laying aruond at the end.
  24. The weird thing is that usually when things go to hell, the coordinator is sacrificed to buy the head coach another year of employment. I don't get that feeling here.
