    College football is such a mess these days 😞 It's basically just a free for all with few rules (and some of the rules are being broken without penalty).

    Aune had a much better year statistically than I expected. His poise and control of the offense overall was a huge step above last season. His YPA was terrific. At times he was very accurate. Then at times, he would miss a wide open receiver. Maddening. In the end, it was the 13 interceptions (and 5 awful pick sixes) that really put a big blemish on the season IMO. A 56% completion rate is not going to get you into the NFL, especially at 29 years old, unless you are Josh Allen who is 6'5" and mobile (Allen was also a 56% passer coming out of Wyoming). With that said, I wish Austin all the luck in the world. He put up with a lot of fan disapproval (self included) and remained steadfast. Never say never. I guess stranger things have happened.

    Because it is all about Deion. All the time. Maybe he has changed. But at the core, people really don't change. I do think the man would be able to recruit the hell out of Texas though.

    3rd and 18 and the D blows it. That was their best chance.

    FWIW, 1:10 is a ton of time in college football, because they stop the clock to move the chains after a first down. Big difference from the NFL.

    True. But, that damn penalty changed everything. Team was not ready for it obviously.

    Nice to see Seth get fired up about something. He should be. These refs are TRASH.

    We had 4 good backs (before the injuries). But, we really miss Adeyi and his 8.0 ypc average. That guy is pretty special.

    A bit shocked right now. Our guys have everything to play for and being outplayed a bit by Rice.

    One thing I do know. These guys will be extremely well coached. If the players aren't able to execute this season, it won't be due to a lack of guidance.
