I think we're all looking forward to improvement from Holmen, and a healthy season from Edwards, but neither of those guys are a lane-clogging, post player like Hogans. He's a senior and should provide leadership for the team. I'm with NT03 on this one. If his knees allow it, he should log the most minutes of anyone on the team this year.

If you want a linebacker, better claim him now. They're flying off the board! To follow NT03's lead, my expectations for Zach Orr: 2nd team all conference after this season. 1st team all conference after Jr. & Sr. seasons. Conference Defensive POY after 2013 season. Your goal should be to set the UNT career record for most tackles. You're already on your way with 60. You need 331 more, and you have 3 years to get them. Get drafted and represent the Mean Green in the NFL.

I'm thinking that if you're looking to make money off of publishing articles on college football teams, you may want to re-think your ideology on grammar. UNT has an awesome senior running back. That much, everyone can agree on. We have a new stadium and a new coaching staff so there are alot of question marks even on this message board.

Hold on... You're saying that when all this conference realignment happens, the MWC is going to be looking at 2 teams in Texas: UNT & Baylor, and we need to position ourselves to be ahead of them when the time comes? I'm sorry sir, but that cannot happen unless this realignment happens in 10 years or so... and that's IF UNT pulls a BSU, and Baylor somehow gets the death penalty or something. This is insane.

You know, after having the weekend to really think about this, I think this may be a good thing. I mean, Gilmer, Celina, Cuero and Abilene Wylie are all really good teams that dominate the AAA class every year. I think the American Economy would have had a tough time this year against those teams. At least in the AA+ class, it will only have to compete with Dangerfield for dominance. We're talking football right?

I too am excited to have Chris Bynes back. I think he'll really surprise people. He's probably our best receiver, imo.

Recall what we expect from our NFL hopeful, Lance Dunbar for this game. Now, apply those same expectations to FIU's NFL hopeful, T.Y. Hilton. If any of you think he's going to be shut down, you're nuts. Royce is good, and he should keep Hilton from going ballistic on us, but Hilton will get his. He always does. Imagine the laughter that would erupt on here if FIU's fans lauded some good linebacker who is going to shadow Dunbar and shut him down... Now, prove me wrong and cement your place on the SBC all-conference list Royce!
