I have three tickets for the UTEP game this Sat....one is sec.207, row 8, seat 17. The other ones are sec.207, row 4, seats 19 and 20. These two come with a blue parking pass. All tickets are on about the 45 yard line. Price for the row 8 single ticket is $20. The two tickets and parking pass on row 4 are $28 each. Contact me by pm, if interested.

It's not Denton State, it's the University of North Texas. It is not Denton's responsibility to fill up a stadium. Real programs have alumni and fans come from all over the area, state and even nation for a game, as well as opponents who bring fans to fill the seats.

I went to SMU-Rice about 10 years ago...maybe 500 Rice fans.

Man, all twelve Rice supporters are revved up for this game!!!

No matter what the turnout, the attendance will dwarf any of Rice's home games...guess there is some consolation in that.

If the students showed up en mass, there would be no room for alumni or community people....36,000 students.

You guys are crazy, but fun. It is the 2002 New Orleans Bowl and the 1989 Varsity-Alumni game. Good of Jesse Martin to volunteer to dupe them...I'll let him handle it from here. Glad you liked them.

Classes on Friday for the scholars make the trip doubtful.

The parachutists never made the jump...bad weather in Gainesville where they originated the flight. I think that KRAM's memory flashed on him on that point. I had three jumps planned for various games and all were cancelled for various reasons. The 13" tv was a big deal in '92. At least we tried and had a decent student turnout in costumes.

SMU money will keep us out of the Heart of Texas Bowl...don't laugh.

Tulane, like us, has been down for so long it will take awhile for people to wake up and see that they aren't really that bad a team. Old ways die hard among the sportwriter crowd.

From all that has been said about Southern Mississippi, will the Golden Eagles players be wearing homecoming mums during the game?

It's so sadly ironic that Rice is such a big game for us, given the fact that more people post and visit this site than attend an average Rice game. In general, the student body at Rice could care less.

Now, now, it takes all of us to make this machine run at maximum efficiency.
