    I think that Ron Shanklin, who went on to play for the Steelers and Bears, also ran track in the late 60's. He was actually recruited to run track and ended up playing football, too.

    I think that there were about 300 people at the game vs. BYU back in the seventies...I was one of those people. BYU smoked us that night.
