    There was a kid from San Diego State who visited Denton when SDSU was nationally ranked in the late 70's...can't remember his name, but I think he was a Heisman candidate. He had a Prince Valiant haricut. We beat them at Fouts.

    With all the incredibly good signage at the new stadium, I never once saw a Sun Belt logo anywhere. Did anyone see one anywhere? Do the regents and prez know something we don't?

    Vito has no power at the DMN...the editor there does the decision making. DMN is owned by Dallas money and that means SMU money. If we ever get to be a real threat to SMU you will see even less in the DMN about us.

    Craig has always been a good supporter. I remember him when he was part of Mercer's mafia doing football and basketball broadcasts while he was at NT. Side note--Craig prides himself in knowing the nickname of every high school team in Texas.
