  1. Try this.... BV Seat Link Keith
  2. We can now answer the age old question of how many people does it take to lay down artifical turf on a football field. Keith
  3. Will the seat map, as it is being populated, be posted on-line anywhere? That would be very helpful to out-of-towners like me who will be selecting seats by phone. Keith
  4. If nothing else, the whole birth certificate issue gave a bunch of people something to occupy their time. Some people collect stamps, some people play golf, some people like to research the legitimacy of presidential candidates. Normally, the "people" have a free, independent and unbiased press to vet the candidates on their behalf. To any casual observer, it was obvious that wasn't happening in this case, so they were left to their own devices and sometimes paranoid tendencies. And if it was *just* the birth certificate thingy then this never would have had legs. But it wasn't. Put it in the context of everything else* and people start seeing black helicopters (everyone knows you can't hear them). Factor all this in and it seems like more is known about Lindsay Lohan than the 44th President of the United States. To call people racist if they got caught up in this is just WRONG. Anyway, isn't Obama white? *Things like.... Why not spend the $10 it takes to produce a birth certificate 3 years ago. A S.S.N. that was either issued by the State of Connecticut or never issued at all. The whole name change thing (twice) The irrational secrecy around his college records/transcripts/writings. Apparently he enrolled at Columbia in September and was conferred a degree the following May. I thought universities (especially ones as prestigious as Columbia) liked to be responsible for more than 25% of an individual's course work before bestowing the honor of a degree upon them. Previous passports Tom Fife Etc., Etc. Keith
  5. I think they are called "Certers" now. Any way you look at it this whole thing is just so weird. It may never go away. I found this kind of strange. The White House posted "The Certificate of Live Birth" at 8:57AM on April 27, 2011. *President Obama's Long Form Birth Certificate Posted by Dan Pfeiffer on April 27, 2011 at 8:57 AM EDT The PDF document available on the White House site now was created at 12:09PM on April 27, 2011 (a little over 3 hours after the first PDF was posted). http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/birth-certificate-long-form.pdf Did the White House post two different versions of the PDF? If so, why? It will never end. Keith
  6. Hahahaha....He does have the name for it. I'm pretty sure PG means Post Grad. Basically, in prep schools (I think he was at a prep school) you can attend an additional year of school as a "PG" student. Keith
  7. It also has "MCARNEYS STAFF" in the break-out box where it provides a little snippet about each coach -- The DRC is embarrassing. Keith
  8. I usually only get that heart-pounding nervous feeling when I'm watching North Texas play, but by the end of the game last night I had it for our Sun Belt brothers. Way to go FIU! You never gave up and kept fighting all the way to the end. Congrats on your first bowl trip and victory, it will definitely be one to remember. Keith
  9. This is actually a really good picture of a really nice stadium and AC complex....please don't put anything to block the view of the AC from the stadium or from the AC to the stadium/field. On the roof sounds like a perfect idea! Keith
  10. I don't think it's about being priced out of any entitlements...maybe it's better to think of it as another option for a different segment of your market. I thought the Athletic Center and the "Touchdown Terrace" or whatever it was going to be called was intended to be an integral part of the stadium complex. Standing room only, overflow "seating" or something like that, but you're still part of the paid attendance and a full participant in the game day experience. I remember being down there for the ground-breaking ceremony and thinking to myself that the AC sure was a long way away from the field/stadium. That made me a little nervous. Personally, I like the look of a structure like the AC "closing" the open end of the stadium...sort of an imposing structure that holds in crowd noise and adds to the intimacy of the stadium. Folsom Field is a good example: I guess we'll have to wait for the final setup to see what we end up with. Sorry to hear that there may be a bunch of crap between the AC and the Stadium and that it won't be leveraged as a part of the overall stadium configuration. I still think our stadium is going to be awesome, but part of me wonders if I'll be looking at the south end-zone thinking what could have been. Keith
  11. Our most durable quarterback this year...more durable than Tune and Thompson combined...was Riley Dodge. Football is a rough game. Injuries occur all the time - everyone is injury prone. Keith
  12. I agree. This whole inability to throw the ball down field is nonsense IMHO. Keith
  13. Ditto....Welcome to The Mean Green Nation Coach McCarney! Glad you're here. Keith
  14. Yes please, please, please recruit some Florida talent here. Keith
  15. Neck injury. Taken to hospital. Not a lot of information and my feed is cutting in and out. Keith
  16. They're not worried about the 11 humans on the other team a player may run into? Keith
  17. Collin graduated, right? And I'm pretty sure he did so in the traditional four years. He's a winner for that in my book. Thanks for your time here and good luck the rest of the way. Now, what happened to sitting out a year if you transfer? Does that not apply if you graduate? Keith
  18. There's an obvious and easy solution for this....The Fighting Sue. Keith
  19. You're not alone Rob. Keith
  20. Definitely passionate. I'm sure there have been times we've all felt that way. Keith
  21. Both would be penalties on the field of play and should be off the field of play as well. Keith
  22. What, no charts? What kind of report is this anyway? Keith
  23. Filling our stadium 6 games a year would go a long way to getting in range wouldn't it? Keith
  24. As long as that baggage includes recruiting players in Florida....please, for the love of God, put those trips to FIU and FAU to good use and recruit Florida. Keith
