Does anyone know if that piping wraps around the back of the uniform under the number? I hope not. Otherwise, I think they look great.

I was driving into my neighborhood, and one of the houses had their garage door open. On the wall was a huge Mean Green logo (with son of worm) underneath a huge NT painted in bright green. This is a long shot, but does anyone on this board live in Paloma Creek south in Little Elm? I just want to know if they did that with a stencil or if they freehanded it. Also, how can I get one done?

Towards the end, he makes about half the defense look ridiculous as he cuts back from one sideline all the way to the other, juking guys all the way across the field (except for the last guy).

While I won't complain about any of them, I'd prefer New Mexico as a location over the other two. As far as name recognition (would it change?), I think there's not much difference between them.

The reveal they are doing on the athletics site shows a player standing there with the new helmet on but everything else blacked out. If they chose to reveal the helmet, couldn't they have at least given us a good clean side view of it? I know what it will look like, I just want to see an actual helmet.

Working for the City of Southlake Parks and Rec department has really opened my eyes to just how lavish a life some people live. Obviously, no one that works for the city lives in the city. However, some of the participants we've had in our programs include Nate Newton's kids, Drew Bledsoe's kids (one's a lefty!), Ray Crockett's kids (ever seen complex formations and defensive packages in 8 and under flag football?), Babe Laufenburg's kids, Tony Tolbert's kids, etc, etc, etc. It's crazy, lots of little athletes running around.

We really only had 4 rushing TD's??? Wow, things had gotten flat out BAD around here.

Wow, we were really excited about even being in the conversation to land an All-State 5A Offensive Player of the Year. Now we have the one from Texas (at least a verbal anyway).

Keep an eye on the Schwartzstein kid, I hear he's at least strongly considering us.

Word from a couple of his classmates is that he has had interest from BCS conference schools that wanted him to play safety. Apparently, Dodge told him he'd be given a serious look at LB where he loves to play. Like I always say, this is just another rumor from some of the kids at Carroll.
