The SL defense has struggled, but they do come up with a stop here and there. With the TD era you knew we'd score some points but the defense couldn't come up with that one, or maybe 2 stops needed in close games. No one has seen English play, but you have to figure having him up front would only help this defense which is still putting us in a position to win some games. I think having him out this long has made the defense reconfigure their approach. SL has turned the program around, and has us at least in a position to compete. The recruiting for defense is going to be critical if we want to take the next step.

Yeah, it sucks, just like the performance at FAU last week that made everyone start thinking it's the same old UNT product. We've been Charlie Brown having the ball pulled away too many times. They're going to have to prove it for more than just a couple games. More like several seasons.

Defense gives up 21. In a game with 2 kick off run backs, and 2 turnovers, I don't feel horrible. We came out with a win in a game with plenty of reasons to lose. Not excited about the win, but it's still a W.

Love this idea. Agree that kids should be free all the time until it becomes a problem with overcrowding (maybe not 8th grade and under but maybe age 10 and under or something like that).

12 When do we get English back? Defense needs help.

Ugh. Why would you make the soccer field inside a track? For spectators that's like Fouts all over again, isn't it? I understand the economics of it, but fan experience is important too. Soccer is kicking ass, I hope this is an upgrade.

Defense has struggled all year.
