Bad choice to use Texas as an example. Snead is a wussy and couldn't take it. Even without Snead, Texas will still pull in a good amount of the top QB prospects from the state, year after year. Sure you will have a Snead, but you will also have Major Applewhite type guys that stick to it even with a Chris Simms on their heels. I'll take Applewhite over Long and Snead anyday.

I agree with Quoner & GE1, I could care less about the inner politics and our perceived image of the Poontangs. They'll only piss on your campfire if you let them do it. Actually, they were one game short of making the Super Regionals. I watched the game last night via the internet and I have to say that the Cajuns put up a good fight in a tough situation. They had a great season and continue to be ranked on annual basis in baseball. Good Luck next year Cajuns! I normally never pull against a Texas team, but I wanted the upset.
