Plus, since my last post he is shooting 41% 3PT and averaging 9 PPG. Making right at one trey per game. I think one of the reasons we let him go was that he couldn't shoot. After a slow start, he is 15-29 from three point range. After recent revelations, we certainly can't chalk this up as inferior competition, as SD OCC was much more challenging than ours.

I think Tulsa could end up being a contender in conference play. They had a brutal OOC schedule, which could have hardened them for league play.

What a great win that was. Not a lot of teams go into College Station and win, especially blow out the Aggies. I really hope this is us turning the corner and not just an aberration. At the beginning of the season, I figured a 9-5 mark going into conference would be acceptable. This seems very doable now. Just one week ago, it seemed almost impossible. Go Mean Green!
