You think so? A division of Boeing produces a product that we do. Boeing has limitless resources compared with our small company. We have to be inventive in how we compete. Now, if I had the opportunity to hire a program manager from them to be my head guy, should I just disqualify him because all of his experience has been as a mid level manager for a fortune 500 (P5)?

Disqualifying candidates because of P5 pedigree is a non starter for me. From a business prospective, it would be the same as me not hiring a guy to run my company of 30 people, because he has worked for Boeing.

you got that right. I live out of town and try to make at least one game a year. We have stayed at the hotel on the golf course near alliance, because our other choices were the desert sands or the clayton house. I love Denton, but I would much rather stay in a nice hotel when I visit.
