Phillips has shown in the last 2 games that RIGHT NOW at least he is the better option. Meager might be the better QB overtime but right now Phillips is the best option I think you have your answer in the 2nd sentence. We all love how Phillips threw it around the other night, but not EVERYTHING that happened this year is Meager's fault. IF (and that's an IF) Meager does look like he could continue to develop and be the QB down the line why not try to protect his confidence a little bit? OK load up and fire away.

The announcers said on the telecast that the gold helmets were being "re-furbished" and that they would be back before the end of the season. Said the green would be a "special game" type of deal. Why they waited until the season started to re-do their helmets beats me but that's what they said.
