Quoner, You honestly think any of us baseball supporters on this board are going to read the 61-page rant (I copied the story and pasted it in Microsoft Word to find out how long it was). That would have been more painful than watching a soccer game. While some might read the entire rant, I won't. But I can wrap it up for you. Vinny Raviele, the author of the manifesto, is upset that his son, who was a sure-fire bonus baby in the MLB draft, didn't get to play enough. He and his son were lied to by the big, bad Raynor Noble. Noble, by the way is the anti-christ, not Obama, just ask UH baseball fans. We all know the drill, a coach tells a kid what he wants to hear when he is being recruited, but something happens, the kid gets hurt or beaten out by another player and the parent's go, as you said, NT needs Baseball in the spring and Men's Soccer in the fall. After the school build's the football stadium transfer the athletic fee to start baseball, men's soccer and whatever girl's sports the school would have to sponsor so we can win another national championship in gender equity.
