The closest watching party is 35 miles away from where I live. I was just wondering if there was a closer place to watch the game with other Mean Green fans.

Is there any interest in a watching party on the Southside of Dallas (Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Desoto, Lancaster)?

I would contact the SID Erik Capper and ask him if the quality has been improved. I noticed NT and the SunBelt are using JumpTV this year. Don't know if that's who was used last year or not. But JumpTV has been improving weekly. So subscribers can only cross their fingers and hope for the best. GMG!!!

I would like to start out with a personal appology to UNT90, KRAM1, EE, FFR and whomever elso I might have offended with my post. I would also like the administrators to keep the Non-UNT sports forum open. But the users of this board (ME INCLUDED) need to realize that while we might have different political opinions the thing that brought us to this board is our love for the Mean Green. I have been a Mean Green fan for almost 20 years and I am excited about the upcoming season. As most of you know, I'm a Washington Redskins and a San Antonio Spurs fan. I am all up for any debates on these topics, but I will attempt to refrain from participating in any more of the non-civilized political discussions in the Non-Sports forum. And if I get involved involved in any non-civilized political discussions. Call me out on it. Just a reminder, our support for OUR school is what brings us all together. I agree, I'm happy that he chose NT. I'm just saying control the enthusiam. Remember this program has an 8-39 record over the last four seasons. Not one player is going to change that. Nothing would make me happier than a 12-0 NT regular season and the Mean Green being the BCS buster. But I'm realistic and the chances of the team going .500 are much more in line to my expectations. And I think you're incorrect on Andy Brewster being a late qualifier. Not sure about Evan, but I know Cody Spencer was.

Harry, Cool your jets a little. While I hope you're correct. We need to wait 4 or 5 years before we can put him in the NT Hall of Fame.
