  1. Whether its 100% true or not an aSu fan was claiming they pumped close to a half a milly into basketball NIL just for this season.
  2. Let's also not sit here and pretend like Cougie High football wasn't absolutely embarrassing from around the time that Andre Ware left until the time that Keenam and Stumblin showed up - the better part of 2 decades that it took to have a single season with less than 4 losses. Good to see that by being re-joined with former SWC mates (who now remember why they left you) Cougie high football is back to 90's and 00's CUSA results.
  3. High King is just glad his former Cougie High basketball team has come a long way since their pathetic 2015 and prior form. Congrats on the bankrolling from a sole billionaire. Even though you did absolutely nothing to have deserved it in the first place. It merely fell into your lap.
  4. Maybe The NCAA will go back to enforcing 15K FBS attendance requirements so schools like Charlotte and Temple can walk.
  5. It sucks having to play away games in MAC and CUSA but I guess it’s too expensive if you don’t do a home and home.
  6. I sincerely doubt it will be anywhere close to $5 in the end. Only thing that doesn't help TXST is that there isn't any real recent 'precedent' with anyone paying SBC exit dollars. If I was the commissioner, I would let TXST walk for less than a mill. $5M is way too much of an exit fee for the SBC when it doesn't even have a formal GOR in place like I think CUSA does which is only around $2M to leave.
