Sarah Palin got paid 100,000 to speak at the tea party convention. In her speech she forgot to mention the skyrocketing deficit and unemployment numbers left by the previous administration. How can Republicans really believe that they are part of the solution when even though I agree with tax cuts and smaller government: They BUSH was the party of increased deficits and no tax breaks for the working class. Still waiting for the trickle down affect I heard so much about. I guess the Saudi Princes' have not been in the states in a while spending our money to get it back to us working people. Did we know that one of the Princes of Saudi Arabia owns 5.5% of fox news.....

Well the State of the Union is for a podium for the White House. And ruling that Companies that gave us cancer and Suburban bliss of Credit and more disaster than ever before....yea lets keep it going on the EIB network. When will the people have a real say in our own country. Why can we not have a 3rd party emerge from this debacle. Allowing the Brave New World of Corporations tell us what to think and do will only empower the ones who already have!!! Oh yea if you work real hard you can definately make it in this country. I heard that the spending freeze is to stop some of the welfare checks going out...making people more responsible for their own lives. Obama what are you doing????????? That is a conservative idea!!! Agree with the backlash over healthcare. 900 billion is alot of money. I am for the doctrine of less goverment less taxes less occupation of foreign countries and freedom to the people. However, keep in mind that any candidate that takes money from the Healthcare lobby is still in effect raising the amount of money out of your pocket. The whole reason for healthcare reform is Americans getting denied coverage! Skyrocketing healthcare costs. Underinsured and non insured middle-class. Yes this means you have a job however because you are not as smart as the average joe but still work 40+ and your kid cannot get proper access when sick! Anyone who does not contribute (work) and wants it free I am against...is that clear! But when I look at my plan and I am self-employed I would be paying alot less if I just paid for any and all procedures out of pocket. Over $8000 per year just to pay deductables and our family went to the doctor's office 4 times last year. 2 well visits and 2 sick visits. I understand the insurance means I pay for others but really when you boil it down. 3 entites are still getting paid by me to the tune of a 7000% profit margin. Heathcare providers Doctors Attorney's How can we currently reform the system to ensure that all have good access without getting it on the chin to my wallet. Here is how. Why cannot it get done? ------ The lobbyist's------ take back control. But who are the candidates that support this type of change? There are none that I know of....that is why I have stuck by Obama and his plan. It is one that looks to help the common worker. It is imperfect and I grow impatient with his full thrust forward, but again here is what I would like to see .... Tort reform!!!!!! Tort reform... Tort reform.... limit or cap judgements. Enable doctors to be doctors and not goal tenders ordering every test and not make their premiums through the roof (Republicans want this as do I) Increase funding and decrease standards to get into medical schools. Why not have more Nurse practioners or people who can treat a fever...set a bone...prescribe certain types of medicine. Why does a person need 10 yrs of school to prescribe Amoxcillan when you know that is what you are going to get anyway. Yes open heart surgery does need specialization, I get it. Promote healthy competition among healthcare providers. We need to drive down the costs. Also maybe have the goverment take over the 1-5% of catastropic care to Americans. Takes costs away from providers. How many times have we heard of Annie born without a heart and must live in a bubble. That is where we must give to those who need. Extreme cases only. But to have some family with $200,000 in medical expenses because Leukemia found its way into their body does no one any good especially the kids in that family who will most likely have to deal with emotions and pain no one should have to go through much less the financial burden. And yes that person should of had insurance but they were in between and could not keep up with cobra since he thought keeping the heat on was more important that his health. Yes it is an extreme example! But it does happen. When you are self-employed and the ecomony goes south...you do not get un-employment nor anything. You must do what you must within this capitalistic system we have. thanks for listening and congrats on the Mass seat. I think it does speak volumes for the healthcare proposal and I for one am very happy the people spoke. I never liked it in its current form. OK State #15 Houston #16 worse in USA today poll. This is why so many get turned off to college football. Yes we need a playoff. The powers that be are so myopic when it comes down to the real deal that the players are the one's who suffer most in this inequitable system. Houston straight up beat OK state. Kicked their butts and won decisively. So how are they ranked lower. If it was the last game of the season and Houston beat OK state then it would be illogical to put them ahead. All I am saying is put them ahead now. If when OK state plays their superior schedule and they win out and Houston drops a game or two then rearrange the rankings but in a head to head contest who won? The hypocrisy of college football is amazing. Playoff now--- each team has 13 games to play. first 2 games are against non-conf. next 7games are against conference then you have 3 dates to figure out the playoff scenario. Top teams play each other and then a final "Bowl game" or the current bowl system with the top 2 playing in final bowl. You can work out the figures but say UNT wins Sunbelt then they play Big 12 winner. If UNT loses they play another loser from say Pac 10 If they lose that then play a loser from Mac... We win and play 3rd place team from Big East in a Bowl. Also no top 25 until 4th week. I alone do the rankings to ensure fairness. Thank you...this does not need to be tweaked in any way. It is the perfect system and I am so mad Houston is one slot below the team they beat for no other reason than logic is not being used by a thinking human being. Also the corruption of the BCS and the Power conferences that need their opponents to have rankings to draw in better revenue dollars.

Good thing about Europe is --- keep religious beliefs more private. There is an understated respect for peoples spiritual beliefs. Bad thing is that the taxes are crazy high. What about this do you not get? The 3 Billion has already been repaid and by that try about 10x over! This was a huge success and the treasury has already reaped benefits from all the outshoot taxes generated from the program. The economy works when money is being spent and changes hands. Oh by the way no one mentioned all the economic activity that lenders received. 700,000 cars x $25000 per car...there is a lender making commision in there. And guess what the program is over and guess what is worked now move on with your life and admit that some programs do exceed expectations. It was no big deal. 3 billion. The War on terror cost about 1 trillion. And guess what the War on Terror does stimulate the economy as well until it lasts too long.

If they were the President of the United States then heck yes.....Actually if they were talking to kids about the importance and advantages of an education then of course yes even in their present jobs! It is about education and it is paramount we continue to educate our future citizens. So what is it then. You obviously love Black people, so why would you not let your kid watch the President speak on education? The movie about BUSH being assassinated is not on my Netflix. That is Pathetic to make a movie like that. I am very proud of what GW Bush did for the country.
