Only way into NCAA is a SB tourney win. If so then likely to be seeded 13-16 which anything below 12 is very tough to win. I would love to see a first round UNT vs Big 12 school. NIT would have to have a 19-20 win season.

Stranger things have happend. If J-MO gets into playing shape. QB issues resolve. I don't see an upset but more like a good game. If we play our offensive game and not play that hand off to keep the clock moving deal that we always seem to do then who knows. Here is your Game Plan: 9 in the box. Make a Frosh pass like crazy! Get them in 3rd and (anything) long prefered! Yes they will hit some big pass plays but will wear them down! On offense! put in a 9 person protect and run 25 yd patterns to J. Quinn. I am so happy for the State of Texas! I suggest we change our name to the University of Texas-North! This way we can say we are the part of the UT system. And get on the bandwagon! I see our B-Ball team is gaining ground and getting some respect. Does anyone have a breakdown of WHO is WHO on the UNT b-ball squad! Who is a SR who is a Frosh. Do we have a young team or are we graduating some guys? Any help would be great.

I firmly support Dickey! No way you can boot someone who has 4 rings! I think he has pretty good game plans and coaches very well. However to have 0 looking at UNT at this stage is cause to worry! We should have the metroplex buzzed at hey maybe UNT would be a good fit. Maybe we do not even go after top 100 area. If we don't that is just a waste. Recruiting needs to be a top priority for this program right now! And Stealth recruiting is not the way. We need to get some guys on board and create a buzz about UNT.

It was a much tighter game than the score indicates. The Woman's team is for real. They were beat by bad turnovers and some serious HOME COOKING. There were several calls that should have been no calls. Our team pulled within 5 pts in the 2nd half and the refs had seen enough. Our girls were fired up and played ferocious D all game long. The funniest part is when a UT fan shot me the finger after I was cheering when we hit a 3 to get close. Another time is when they chant TEXAS FIGHT. Our section yelled NORTH over their "fight". It truly sounded like the football game. our side NORTH other side TEXAS The Mean Green has nothing to feel bad about this game. The ladies beat themselves against a team loaded with talent including an Olympic player from Poland and an All-American power forward. UT is very good. UNT is getting on the level. If you have not seen them play. GO! They will challenge for the Sunbelt and hopeful for the NCAA Tourney Bid.. Great Game Ladies....

Hey I will be there. With my Father In Law who is a huge UT fan despite the fact his daughter and her husband (Who is the coolest dude in the world) went to UNT. I think we may cover the spread! Hey we have to improve! and Ut is do for a slight downturn if VY goes pro. They are loaded that is for sure. I see the spread more like 45. Due to our recent year and lack of depth VS a National Champion calibur team.

Should be a good game. I think the horns are #19 in the country, but womans basketball can be deceiving. I think on paper w have alot of momentum but they do have talent at center and point guard. If we can keep that in check, wear them down, because our girls are in Shape! We just have to worry about the double team of their post. It will come down to if they can pass we are in trouble. If we shoot very well and play some very good D. The upset is on! UNT 62 UT 68 Hope that is reversed!

I think I remember that we do have a "new stadium fund" but I could not find it anywhere. I think it would be a good idea to post it somewhere so that Alumni and supporters could visibly see where we stand. If our Goal is $35 million. And we have say $6700.00 then we know we have a long way to go. When doing a donation drive it is good to show how the results are going. Anyone know where this stands?

Seems like the 12th game would be a great oppurtunity for the "Mid-Majors" and the Sun-Belts to negotiate some 2 for 1's or 3 for 1's. How great would it be to have A&M at Fouts field? Do you think UT would do a 10 for 1? Answer: NO

A&M would be great. Don't schedule a big $ game such as a top 15 team but something that could be respectable. Such as this year would have been great to have the following: A&M OKState Baylor TCU A name school that is not that dominant (such as a LSU,UT,etc.) yes our chances of winning are 5-10% but it gets recruits to see that hey we will play with the big boys every year. I think we had a great schedule this year it just so happened that we were on a downturn. It will get better!
