You gonna do another film breakdown for the last game? That was really interesting when you did TTU. Doesn’t have to be an hour long, just snippets of certain plays that has us going in the right direction.

I’m curious to learn if we were approached by the PAC to join prior to the decision of the “AAC 4” to re-commit to the conference. I know it’s moot, but could you speak on that? Some on this forum have mentioned we were approached but turned them down. And, if we were, should the admin have milked it like UTSA to gain attention? Lastly, do you have any clarification as to who decided to switch the defense to a 3-4…Morris, Caponi, players?

I definitely don’t hate this idea. This is one way to build a culture, when you have consistency along the lines and growing your own coaches. Too often we see things as greener on the other side of the fence. If we develop our own identity, people/recruits would be able to associate themselves better to what we offer.

Malachi Flynn (Boise St. backup qb/ highly rated coming out of HS/ lost qb battle). I bet he’d want to resurrect his career. Why not come here and let EM develop you in a spread offense that’s had really good results. SMU backup qb (forgot his name) who got benched for Jennings. I bet he’d like to get another opportunity to prove Rhett Lashley wrong. Why not in an air raid system?

Tech just kicked our ass. Nothing we can do about it but get better and learn from it. It could actually be a blessing in disguise since it brought about our new 3-4 alignment. That’s if we keep playing good defense.

Actually, the next couple of weeks will be boring since we have a bye. But I know what you mean 😉
