  1. Ahh, no worries lol. Yeah, he led that FAU team that made it to the final 4 then was hired to be Michigan's head coach. Michigan's current best player Vlad Goldin (who my wife hated and actively rooted against when we played them) went with em.
  2. Is it that crazy for a rival coach to speak well of someone they competed against frequently? FAU head coach vs. second in command of the UNT team who was praised for being responsible for our defense throughout his time here.
  3. Ngl #7 on a quick google search looks like this year is his first playing d1 as a grad student? He is 15 point average on 40% 3 point shooting. His 3 pt shot and release is really nice to watch... Hope they lose obviously, just intrigued
  4. The Temple USF finish was funny, Temple got blocked on a short range jumper and the ball went up in the air and then right back into his hands and then he shot it again for the buzzer beater winner. Michigan State also beat Maryland on a buzzer beater from behind half court.
  5. I get all my stuff from either Voertman’s or Rallyhouse, looks like both ship, should be good wherever in the US
  6. Certainly didn’t expect to read Denton, Texas on this ESPN article when I clicked on it. There are crazy people everywhere and it’s an unfortunate coincidence but felt relevant enough to post. https://www.espn.com/wnba/story/_/id/43397933/texas-man-arrested-charged-stalking-fever-caitlin-clark
  7. https://247sports.com/player/parker-almanza-46150617/ I meant to post this a few weeks ago when I went to a Byron Nelson game. Parker Almanza was the most impressive player on the field to me and he has great size for the speed and athleticism he has as a receiver. It looks like he just picked up a Baylor offer and his brother is a Senior DB who has already committed to Baylor, so he may end up there. I was hoping we'd be on him when I originally saw his only Texas offer was SFA. Just posting to call my shot that he looked like a talented player lol. Here's his brother's 24/7 fwiw https://247sports.com/player/leo-almanza-46138343/ with a really impressive offer list. Found it funny how much smaller the older brother is size-wise.

  8. Agreed!
  9. If Morris leads this team to a good bowl win or two bowl wins he can stand alone at 1 to me imo. I know Fine holds all the stat records and was fun to watch, but no bowl wins with his team and we last won a bowl game in 2013. It’s not an insurmountable goal for Morris to be our best QB all time
  10. This is a crazy negative take in a 45-3 game lol
  11. Their punter needs to be tested after this performance. Insane lol
  12. Why would you be worried based on this defensive showing? It’s our best of the year by far. That thought was certainly applicable after TTU though
  13. Was that first holding call not just excellent lineman play? Slammed him to the ground and finished the block by falling on him
  14. They’ll get a chance to redeem it with a lead in the 2nd half, need to be able to run it effectively now
  15. Not like we needed it badly but how in the world was that squib kick at the end not our recovery? Their player had like one hand reaching in after dropping it. Would have given us time to kick a field goal
  16. I hope we score 50 points every game 😄
  17. Funny, as a finance major grad I was wanting to make this same comment lol. Anyhow, the sentiment is the same, put a sizeable amount into a traditional IRA that invests in a market tracking ETF and you'd be looking good by retirement age.
  18. FAU yes, UAB lost their best player and current Mavs G league player in Jelly Walker.
  19. Yeah CJ had some really nice flashes, last game he looked great. Those three are solid, hope they can get a real transfer center
  20. He was initially at Texas Tech if I remember correctly, transferred after not playing as a freshman
  21. Yeah I had that in mind when I posted. It was Perry and Huntsberry that were clutch and taking all the end game shots. Rubin and Edwards were pretty good but not on that level. Hope we can get a quality big in the future, feels like that’s been a weakness for a bit
