He adapted to the strengths of the team. That’s what good coaches do. With the way the season turned around, SL may be the guy. The D has turned the corner. The next QB coach needs to be good one. The talent is here for a strong 22 season. The Mean Green are trending up, but it needs to be enough for next year and leading into the AAC. Bowl game is big. Make a statement in Frisco, pick up some transfers/JUCO’s in February, and this team I will be fun to watch in the Fall.

Unless their QB is a magician, our front 7 should cause so much havoc on their QB and O line. They haven’t been able to run the ball all year. The twins should be able to get to the QB all game.

It also feels like the ticket roll out has been weird. We announce “sold out allotment” and to the casual fan, it looks like a legit sell out. I’m not sure the announcement helped our cause. In 2014, HOD Bowl had Groupon and First Responders pushing tickets out.

Ha! I said it in reference to the reasons UNT should be better next year. Vito did not mention Addaway. I think the Addaway/Torrey two headed monster would have been huge this year. The young talent showed they are capable of holding their own, but adding Addaway to this backfield? Next year’s competition is in trouble….

Right. UTSA’s bowl had no ticket availability last week, but this week there were a few sections with seats. Not sure the rhyme/reason, but you’re probably right.
