    Yeah, I don’t fault the players. I wish they’d stay, but some of that money is potentially life changing.

    SMU normally does the Boulevard. They have sponsored tents. Not sure what the norm is for non SMU events. I was planning on either eating at Mockingbird Station, or participating in the Alumni tailgate.

    I give monthly. Not a lot, but I give. I think about how much enjoyment I get out of Saturdays, this board, etc. It’s worth it to me to get to enjoy my Mean Green play in the postseason.

    I think the bowl matters. I got a text from a UNT alum (normally doesn’t care about UNT football, but is going to the game). He doesn’t know/care about the TP or NIL. He only cares about the game on Jan 3. If we win, I believe he’ll have a bit more interest in next season. If we lose, it’s the same old.

    I think the vibes will be fine. It’s weird because some really good players are leaving us before the bowl, but I feel like we’re also going to land some really good players, too. With our game being so late, it makes this window kind of strange. I think we’ll be okay, though. Wish we could keep a QB for two years or more.

    That part sucks. Seems like a few senior players families were upset on Twitter last night. I don’t blame them. It’s next man up, though. I’ll be there supporting the squad.

    The majority are players that didn’t play much. The exceptions are the all conference players…which sucks.
