I don’t give much but when I do I’ve been giving to the MGSF. I’m pretty sure I’ll donate to the NIL soon. I’m assuming the Kiwanis stuff recently is in partnership with the NIL. I can easily get behind this effort.

Practicing against our current team? Pretty good experience

Win, of course. Winning big would instantly get attention. High scoring and exciting offenses. It feels like this year has potential. MBB should have another really good year. FB could have a really good year. Oh…and stop advertising “2nd Best College Food”…it’s a weird flex. If you want to acknowledge the food recognition, maybe “According to blank, UNT Dining Ranks in the top 1% of Universities. Everyone has to eat, not everyone gets to enjoy some of the best in the nation.” Or something like that…. ETA: Believe it or not, I don’t have a background in Marketing.

It doesn’t bother me. Our official branding says Mean Green. It’s positive press. I think it’s fine.

He feels like an unknown, right? He’s put in a tough situation with the projected offense, so what are the realistic expectations for the defense? In the past, our run defense struggled with the 3 man front, what makes this 3 man front different? I feel pretty confident with Gary coaching the dline. Is he enough? The talent on the dline seems to be there…are they up to the task? With Bloesch being the run coordinator at Cal, I feel like he can potentially expose any potential weakness we have on the d line. I hope I’m wrong, though. Good questions. Since it’s July, I’m still I’m on the side of optimism. GMG!

Geez. Sorry about that. I love the players and coaches interviews. I also appreciate the interviews outside of football. Burton, Buggs, etc. I’d also like to hear from former players…especially those that are still active in football..Terrell, Dunbar, Orr, Wilson, Fine, Trice, etc. A where are they now might be great, too. Booger, Buckles, Quinn, JaMario, Garner, etc. I’m sure there are more, but that’s a start. Have them reflect on their time here, some funny stories, their opinion on the state of the program, what do they see, etc. Maybe have a couple of current parents for a round table? How are they feeling about the current season? Honestly, I’ve loved everything you guys have put out there. This is all just bonus content. Appreciate you all.

It seems to be happening, but promoting our programs. MBB had some billboards during and after our NIT run. I’d like to see more similar type promotions. Of course, it’s easier when our teams are winning. The 2018 LaTech game had some major buildup with the throwback jersey reveal video, Joe Greene, and being 4-0. Finding more ways to promote the successes in Denton and in the DFW area would go a long way.

So many new coaches in the AAC. Let’s see how the season plays out. I think Morris will end up better than 8th by the end of the year.
