On Tuesday, Morris said Ragsdale had been practicing. If he has any desire to keep playing after this season shouldn’t he take a medical redshirt?

This would also help bring in some talent. JayD said some dudes were going to transfer in, but Rogers left. Had he stayed, we would have had even more talent here via the transfer portal. Hoping we see year two of C4!

Thanks. I’m curious to see if we see any changes. Morris said today was a good on good day…I’m assuming starters vs starters. Perhaps to implement a new wrinkle on defense? Guess we’ll find out soon enough.

We lost to a good team. We had our chances. Learn from it and move on. -
Yeah..I think this goes back to the DC hire. He got that wrong and it was a direct cause to some of our losses. If he gets this next DC wrong, then I’d agree with you he might not have been the right hire. As of today, I still think he was a good choice.

100% agree. His biggest mistake was the DC, obviously. He compounded the mistake by keeping him (possibly due to financial constraints). He NEEDS to get it right this time. I believe EM was a good hire.

I hope it’s a good crowd..especially for our seniors. They could have left with the coaching change, but chose to stay. Hope they’re able to get bowl eligible on Saturday. GMG!

I want them excited to be here, too. A guy with a few skins on the wall…a guy that can push back on EM’s desire to always go for it on 4th down….or to encourage to take the 3 points. I think a stronger DC immediately makes our defense and our offense better. Think we hire a firm to conduct the search?

I just looked up his coaching history. As a DC, he’s only been a DC as an interim. He did it as Missouri and at USC. Both were for 3 games. This would be his 3rd stint as interim DC. Not sure what defense he runs. -
