  1. And camps. Just from Twitter, people claim it’s highly attended, organized, and well run. At the very least, it gets kids on campus and further develops a relationship with the kid/families/coaches. He’s been a positive for UNT.
  2. Three teams running the option in the AAC.
  3. His biggest mistake was hiring and retaining the DC. He’s fixing that. The other glaring issue is our lack of a deep threat. Opposing teams drop 8 and attack our screens. I didn’t realize just how much we’d miss Maclin. I think we address both issues in the TP. We need to show up on Saturday, though. A 45-42 game would not be a good look vs Temple. Needs to be 45-10, or better.
  4. No. Finish the season strong, hire a DC, retain who we need to retain, then hit the TP.
  5. Clearly Hodge prioritizes defense. If our guys look confused/unsure of themselves, they rarely see the court. Vice didn’t look confident on defense when he played. Like you mentioned earlier, you’d think squeezing in a couple of minutes of PT would be beneficial, but Hodge thinks differently. Stone didn’t see the court last night.
  6. This is a good point. We live an hour away, so weeknight games are tough to get to. We went last night because we’re on Thanksgiving break. Next time…
  7. The Morris speak was spot on @aztecskin! Enjoyed the pod. GMG!
  8. I get it. Our young player development has been lacking. I thought Moore had potential, but he never really got a chance on game days. Mason looked the part the first few games..not sure why he’s not getting more PT.
  9. IIRC, his grandfather got sick. We released him of his commitment to allow him to play closer to home. We did him and his family a solid.
  10. I’m predicting a lot of change. JayD and Miles mentioned it on their podcast, keep a few of our returners on defense and hope the new DC brings some of his current players. Not sure what we do on offense. Need to keep C4 to try and help recruit some players from the portal. Build some OL depth.
  11. There is no part of me that wants our guys to lose…ever. GMG!
  12. 100% rooting for him, the coaches, and our players! We’ll see what adjustments are made the last game…hopefully two games.
  13. On Tuesday, Morris said Ragsdale had been practicing. If he has any desire to keep playing after this season shouldn’t he take a medical redshirt?
