OU had a big win over a down Houston program last week by a score of 16-12. Seth Littrell's offense produced 174 yards of passing and 74 total rushing. On a positive note, Littrell has really improved the team CULTURE. And, ar least Sooner fans have his animated and detailed press conferences to look forward to!

Cal’s starting lineup is pretty well set for its August 31 opener against UC Davis, but Saturday’s final scrimmage may clear up some issues, including the status of third-team quarterback CJ Harris. It’s been assumed the battle for the starting quarterback spot was between third-year sophomore Fernando Mendoza, who started the final eight games for Cal last year, and sixth-year senior Chandler Rogers, who was North Texas’ starter last season.
