Another one of my favorites. There is something wrong with scoreboard and audio every single year it seems. They have all off season long to correct these issues but chose not to. Is this us “doing better” Wren?

Well it is guaranteed to be on National TV and the winner receives a very nice check. So to me it seems like actually winning one would be something we would really want to do. Especially since we have only won THREE in 100+ years of football.

Winning it Denton is not exactly easy either. Let’s remember that Herman got fired at Texas for a reason. Hiring fired coaches is not a good plan. We may have a year or two of success but I think things would go downhill in a hurry.

Game is shaping up to be a very similar matchup, both teams are once again god-awful, and playing in Denton. I believe we won that game back in 06' too so hopefully we can repeat that.

The speed things move around here we’ll be ready in about 2035.

I will also be there with 1 other. We don’t land until 10:00 am Saturday so we are going to be cutting it pretty close. Good news is our hotel is right by the airport and the stadium. So excited!!!!

Apogee looked really good on CBS last night. Attendance was good enough that it looked sold out in the camera shots. Announcers also talked for a few minutes about the indoor and the investments North Texas has made in athletics over the last several years. Not the score we wanted the entire national to see on prime-time but it was refreshing to see Apogee full on TV and hear the announcers praise us. Replay if anyone is interested:
