I was with them for all of Bleed Green, in the film room as well, they are workhorses. McCasland and Hodge rubbed off on them so much because Bleed Green was so well prepared. I think Shaw will get a HC job in the next 5-10 years, I hope he gets promoted up.

I’m currently at a wedding while I post this, so I’ll share my complete thoughts in a bit, but Sanoe, JD and I did a quick overview, and my thread. Shorter, Adaway, Isiah Johnson, Mazin Richards, John Davis among a few others did not participate for injury precautions and recovery. I also ran into Stone Earle at NYSH after the scrimmage, he seemed very upbeat and confident about his position in the depth chart. I think it’ll be between Earle and Rogers, but it is still VERY early ahaha

I wish there were more of Cynthia’s in DFW media because sometimes they’ll completely skip over UNT, either a regular season basketball game or whatever it may be. Sometimes just mentions at the end of the broadcasts. Hopefully football steps it up, and we will get great recognition soon.

He was a great ambassador when 103.3 was still a station in DFW for UNT, I really miss the guy. He’s on top of it!

In his first year, my father went to some games like when they hosted Baylor and TCU, said it was an unbelievable environment and all games should be close to that. And that was 1976!!

What a toxic thread lol, but @Censored by Laurie I agree. Like I’ve said in the past, he’s given UNT more than about anyone in only 2 years. We shouldn’t be that mad he’s moving on, it’s how CBB is.

Yeah when someone leaves or enters the portal, they’re never mentioned again. That’s how it works unfortunately, but Ross was heavily involved anyway so that’s a good sign.

Here’s the thing. Grant does not like playing against his friends, like Drew and Tang etc (now he will have to in the Big 12 lol) so I don’t see it as a realistic option.
