  1. No Loronzo isn’t hurt. He has switched from WR to CB. He will be a contender for a starting spot next season after he learns PB’s system.

  3. Really appreciate all the love from Mean Green Nation. Thank y’all for welcoming us with open arms. I promise he won’t disappoint. Y’all got a hell of a player, but don’t take the word for a biased Dad. Wait until you see him on the field!!!
  4. I’m good with that. 👍🏻
  5. Me too, but I’m biased as hell. 😂
  6. Already did!!! He said it would be his dream job!!!
  7. Proud Dad Moment Here. Ready to See him on the field at Apogee. This class is special and we are so glad to be apart of it. https://247sports.com/college/north-texas/Article/North-Texas-Mean-Green-football-five-incoming-freshmen-with-the-most-potential-Christian-lee-Erik-Williams--143493517/
  8. UNT was a lot of the UNTamed20’s 1st choice. I definitely know it was Christian’s 1st choice even though he was getting P5 looks at LB. He probably would of had several more offers if he wouldn’t of committed so early because of his Senior season stats. However, he knew as soon as he was on campus this was the school he wanted to be at and got on the recruiting trail as hard as the coaches. In his heart he knows he is a P5 talent and wanted to come to UNT along with all of the other commits to push this program to a new level. If we all could get on board with Coach Trice, former mean green player, we can shock the NCAA. We have been around to these other schools in our area and there is a difference with our coaching staff. All the pieces are coming together. Stay the course, trust in our coaches, and most of all fill the stands on Saturday. We are the 67th ranked team in NCAA with this recruiting class and #1 in Conference USA. Things are about to blow up!!! My 2cents.
  9. Never saw official but came across this today.
  10. One is finally official
  11. Do you have a link to the Master Plan Video?
  12. Having gone through this process over the last 3 years with Christian, I will tell you all that this staff is the best we came across during this game of recruiting. You can tell the first time you meet them that they are genuine. However, not the case with many other staffs. We have had coaches that we have run into that would make a used car salesmen at a lemon lot blush. Even had a coach tell our HS coach that they thought Christian was too good for their school, but since he didn’t have an offer yet, they were just gonna wait until he didn’t get an offer and they would swoop in. I have even witnessed a head coach, at a school we play pretty regularly, shake his hand and not even look at him. Was already scanning for the next player. I know there seems to be a lot of negativity and pessimism (realism as some would say) in the world today, but you can rest assured that this staff cares about our boys. They want to win, make no mistake, but they are preparing these men the right way with Character, integrity, honor, and work ethic. This is bigger than football. I believe in this staff that Coach Littrell is building and what they stand for. Get ready for them to shock the Conference. With a few more pieces to come, we might surprise the naysayers.
  13. What about his son Riley Dodge as QB coach? Scratch that. Just saw Rick’s comment on the Dodge’s hating us.
  14. Thank you. We are excited. Coach Womack gonna put 20lbs on him by fall camp and I’m looking forward to him competing and helping the Chain Gang room get better.
  15. https://247sports.com/Player/Kirkland-Michaux-46050097/ https://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/2020/jake-bishop-238092 Crazy that Westlake’s QB Michaux has only one offer to Fordham. He played really good in State championship. He threw some dimes and managed the game great. He is 6’4 and 211lbs. Jake Bishop, I know he is only 5’8 but he has won 2 state championships. That’s huge. He threw the ball great and you can tell he has that “It” factor. Not sure what coaches are not seeing. As a dad that just got done with this recruiting thing, sometimes you just have to scratch your head. Not talking about our coaches, just coaches in general. Seems like they chase the same 300 kids. Coaches trust your eyes and quit waiting on other schools to offer first. Build that relationship and you won’t have to worry about decommitments even to P5 schools. That was how it was with us. Christian kept getting calls from P5 coaches to play LB, but loved the relationship he built with the coaching staff and the commits. We also had 3 P5 schools tell our coach that they thought Christian was a great athlete , but wanted to wait until after signing day to offer. Games they play!!! Just a proud dad’s 2 cents. Go Mean Green
  16. I believe Upton was replacement for Kerl. It is unfortunate about Kerl. He is a great football player. Hopefully he can go to Juco and get those grades up and come back next year. After watching Upton in State Championship this is a huge pick up for us and not a replacement. This kid is a baller and don’t let his size fool you. With him going up in January with Christian and Dane is also huge. Excited about this class.
  17. Good Write ups on the boys
