I have read your liberal dribble for the past few years on here, I have yet to see a political remark from you that didn't ooze with liberal sediment. If you think you are remotely conservative you are delusional, and I must know you better then you know yourself. BTW - I have served as an election Judge twice -- woo, even had the little course twice. Though today I had to work a real job for only 12 hours, that means I didn't stand around with a clipboard all day acting important. So please don't piss down my back and tell me it is raining.

I am not sure why you care, last I checked you were spouting some crazy liberal agenda, not like you would vote for any of above republicans anyway. Low taxes is not the same as low revenues, low taxes attract business and growth. Plus high taxes do not guarantee more money for parks and schools. New York has some of the highest taxes in the land, and they are deep in debt. They haven't had money to fund their parks department for years, they used to have great parks in the state. Their Appalachian trail used to be incredible to hike. But the last ten plus years the parks have lost all funding in favor of extreme social programs that bleed them dry. So these once wonderful trails are now over grown and the foot bridges, steps, and other improvements these trails once had are falling apart. Maybe you would be better off living in New York, maybe California where you can feel better and pay much higher taxes.

That gave me some raging gas, just freaky is what I have to say. I would take the 8 footer as long as she is hot, I figure she would have legs that won't quit.

Just a step further is the ways to combat SMOG, well the basic problem is over population of an area. If you remember the 70's before big manufacturing plants had to meet clean air standards it was really bad. But even if everyone in LA had electric devices and vehicles there would still be a problem from the dust kicked up, ozone from electric motors that use brushes, cooking and even the people themselves off gassing and sewage. They would have to outlaw BBQs and I think they have already made fireplace regulations. The real fix is to reduce the population in these overcrowded cities. Population limits based on the atmospheric conditions, water available, and other factors should be used in urban planing but they are just now being thought about. Water is the first one that has had any traction. LA and Mexico City need their population cut drastically, in Mexico city by as much as half. I doubt this will happen unless the volcanoes in the area force a redistribution on the population.

You can rant and rave all you like, but it helps to understand the problem. SMOG is not a mystery, we know what causes it. In many cases just the sheer number of people combined with natural atmospheric conditions can make SMOG minus any pollution man made. LA and Mexico City among other cities have naturally occurring SMOG and yes any pollutants listed in my other post make it worse. Sulfur emissions add the most flavor along with others. The point is CO2 is not the culprit.

I don't believe in coincidences either and these deals did not happen overnight. I would think this was a suggestion situation as we call it. Well I do not want to fire you but I suggest you might want to explore other opportunities if you know what I mean.

Surely you are joking. CO2 does not cause smog period, maybe you need to look it up before you post. Maybe you should look up ozone, just a clue. Also dust, moisture, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, tropospheric ozone, aldehydes, wind patterns, natural inversion layers, and natural emissions. Or maybe you do not care about facts.

You guys need to realize from the start, in Canada for surgery you get put on a list. You don't get to pick your surgeon. They assign the patients by their proximity to the local surgical center, or regional medical center if a specialty is needed according to where you live. If you have to wait nine months for your number to be called you have to wait for the most part. A friend of mine at EDS specialized in the IT side of company mergers between US and Canadian companies, he had been part of almost 50 before he left last year. But the thing he said that was always consistent between all the mergers was the Canadian execs and professionals demanded to be on the US side health insurance. He said that was just about automatic and he said he could not remember one where this was not part of the deal. Not being able to select your surgeon and being put on a list for nine months to a year would bother most people here in the states. Funny how people think Canadian heath care is any good at all. The only ones that might like it are the poor, because they can go to a General practitioner relatively easily if they live in the right areas of Canada, and for the poor having surgery is better then nothing. This is not to get into the assembly line surgery process, and the number of surgeries declined due to age and other issues. The problems with the Nurses and medical assistants, the Unions and the low pay make for some crazy issues and worse care. So the rule in Canada is if a person can afford it, cross the border to the USA and see the Doctors they want, and pay for the quality care they want. In Canada a person doesnt get to see the specialist they may want to see, they see who is available closest to their address and assigned to them by the government. In Canada you can't pay to see the Doctor you want, or to set up a surgery as simple as oral surgery for a root canal, or impacted wisdom teeth can take months to a year. I can see the spin on this, well I really lost some weight last year I could not chew my food. They actually have a black market Medical community growing which is illegal and has punished several doctors with jail time because they treated people outside the National Heath system. Just Fun Stuff - But those that think the Canadian Premiere came to the US to best Surgeon he could are right, but there is much more to it then just that..

Pretty amazing I love this stuff, I started watching the first one and ended up watching the whole show. Really good presentation/production and this theory should put an end to man made global warming, can you imagine no more carbon BS from Gore. Our cows will not be taxed, it is as if the world is a much better place. This should be aired on the Discovery Science Channel. I actually slept better last night after watching, it is well produced and I read it has been on show on TV in parts of Europe. I heard Henrik Svensmark had a heart attack back in December, I hope he is OK. His work is genius.
