‘19 QB Cole Johnson - Sulfer OK (PWO?)

He looks the same. He could throw on some pads and run out onto the field this upcoming season -
Scared the absolute hell out of me. Thought they poached Wren. Please update the headline

So, you're telling me we have a chance...
UNT Texas Hooligan replied to Philip Ferguson's topic in Mean Green Football
No worries. I figured was something like that. And agreed. I would love the same model. I just don't think it could work for MLS yet as the fan base isn't strong or deep enough to support a team losing first division status. Every other league needs it though. Like you said, want to end tanking? Make every game mean something -
C-USA West football projections
UNT Texas Hooligan replied to Coach Bill Lewis's topic in Mean Green Football
Last season, Southern Meth fans were calling for their head coach to be fired and they were rueing the dire situation their football program was in. Now they're all of a sudden favorites to win the West? -

Hence my response that I'm inclined to believe in the 1000/0 odds. And just to be fair in reference to your comment, a League 2 team has more chance of winning the Premier League than any G5 has of winning the National Championship (I agree with you). Leicester City was in League 2 only a few years before it won the Premier League. I follow Exeter City in League 2 and there is a firm dream they can eventually make the Premier League based on what Leicester City did. -

Never forget that in 2016, Leicester City had 5,000-1 odds to win the Premier League which they did, though I'm more inclined to believe the 1000/0 odds as more realistic. -
Ryan Donates $30 million to UNT

He really is one of our best and most contributing alumni. I remember one of his co-workers trying to clown him on Twitter regarding someone buying Seth out and he referenced his bank account for something to the effect of he has the money to keep him here. Baller move -

Some of my favorite memories were going to the Bowie Bakery after track meets or soccer games at La Bowie. Good times -

DRC breaking news: Cobbs, Jennings to join staff
UNT Texas Hooligan replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Football
My biggest thing was their jump to one of the top teams in the country for takeaways. No easy feat after having arguably one of the worst defenses in the country for years. They showed some real moxey last season. So much so that their defense actually kept them in games that their offense lost for them. I was impressed -

Was initially skeptically of anyone that worked with the normally atrocious Texas Tech defense, but they (especially the secondary) really stepped it up last season. I'm optimistic. -

A quick Google search shows that even just the fact that he is being interviewed is making national news among every major media outlet. I think outside pressure will be enough for them to back away eventually. -
I'm amp'd. Some OG's that bleed green and will give everything for the school. Let's do this

Think is a piece of the puzzle that not many people may consider. Mason's input and on the line adjustments could be massive for the offense. We already know he is a smart football player. This is what I'm excited to see. -

If he does get hired on, I'm sure it will be met with the strongest backlash possible. IMO, it would be a disastrous move. I can see donors pulling money, people boycotting games, etc. Let's not forget what he is in the dog house for, some of the most abhorrent crimes possible and covering them up. With the whole #Metoo movement still going on, that's not the kind of publicity you want and I doubt he lasts long before they cave to outside pressure.
