UTSA is an awful team. UNT is a great team. If we're good enough to go 11-0 with wins over LA Tech, Arkansas, UAB and FAU, we're good enough to beat them. Why are we even thinking about hypotheticals like this in Week 5? C'mon.

Yeah, it's just a dumb sentiment. Oregon began the entire "UniSwag" movement. Everyone else followed suit. I just think it's dumb to call any team in green cool uniforms "Oregon".

God, the whole "Oregon ripoff" comments piss me off. Literally every FBS team has stolen the whole "UniSwag" concept from Oregon. Teams that are green like us, Baylor and USF are doomed to forever be "Oregon ripoffs".

Oh, absolutely. Location is a valid excuse to not make games. I'm talking to those who willingly skip games because of the opponent. I know plenty of classmates/friends who went to the SMU game and have zero interest in returning this weekend. Just frustrating. Either commit to supporting the team or don't.

As a (2nd year fan and) student, I mean no disrespect to long-standing alumni and longtime fans of the program. But I absolutely cannot comprehend why anyone wouldn't mind missing any home game right now. This is possibly the best team in program history in the making. Let's not have a whole thread on here about expanding the stadium if we've got people who don't go out of their way to show up and support the guys. Not saying attendance dictates W/Ls but it certainly helps and we have to earn respect. I'll be out there tailgating at 11 and sticking around for the full game, rain or not. GMG.

I'm with you on this. I'd also like to see the wing rounded off and filled in. It's a dumb gimmick that doesn't look good, and nobody wants to sit in the top corners of that thing; especially not towards October or November when it gets cold. I eventually want us to cap out at 40-50k. I've been to games at McLane and Amon G. Carter stadiums (both 45k capacity) and you honestly can't tell the difference from 70-80k when it gets loud and sound traps. Just add a second deck and close off the wing. EDIT: Exactly like this.
