I did a 😂 vote... This opinion, like so many opinons brought to us with ease by the garbage fire that we call the internet, is wordy yet says very little. And way to bring up an actual shooting as part of your series of responses... I'd offer to e-fight you too at the next home game, but I'm hoping we have Prime Rib in the Hub Club again and I'd hate have to change my focus from enjoying the last dinner of the season. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Powerful... Would you recommend the same for St Augustine? I didn't put any down last year and still had great results in the spring.

Was going to take Friday off, stay in Denton and wear out Fry St after... Now I'm just going to go to the office on Friday instead. I'll be there, but only partially because I'm confident no one will buy the Club Tix from me if I didn't go. I am very much second guessing flying into San Antonio from Thanksgiving elsewhere on Friday and spending $400 on hotel rooms to watch another potential melt down.

Can't believe I spend $2700 on two club tickets... I'm sure Wren will raise them this year because "We beat Arkansas!!!"

This is why I hate this game... Either have to stay in Dallas for Christmas or I piss off the family wherever we go by saying "okay, Merry Christmas, I'm going to get back on the plane and go back to Dallas" on the night of the 25th.

I was sad to see she wasn't at the UTEP game this year... Her services would have taken my stress level down a bit during our display of low energy against UTEP. There were no people on the rocks, there were barely people in the stands.

I just walked through Rally House in Dallas on Greenville to see if they had anything decent other than the normal generic screen printed Nike T-shirts... It's really embarrassing how bad our gear is. The LSU and Arkansas sections are 4+ times bigger and the gear the big Texas state schools have is really bad ass gear. Our gear selection is pathetic... The only new thing I've seen all season at Rally House is a single black Columbia Polo with the logo on the chest. I have an eBay notification for a few keywords to catch new/used North Texas gear on eBay. Sometimes a few older polos will pop up... but even that has been slim pickings this year. And no, I don't want to buy the awful stuff just so we get numbers to allow us to have cooler gear. What Greek guys in college back then didn't have spikey hair???... But for the record, I can't stand Green Day.

I already pay more for my property tax here than my property tax + state income tax in Louisiana and in Utah. I don't exactly want to pay state income tax, but the whole Texas misinformation about income tax being so much worse is a bit misleading. Rising home values here are going to continue to crush home owners. Meanwhile local governments boast they aren't raising tax rates while they watch the valuation increases max out yearly for the past 3-5 years. I can't imagine owing 5 to 10k a year during retirement on a house I already paid the mortgage off on. That's reason I see many of my neighbors selling for in older 70's and 80's neighborhoods in Central Plano. It's cheaper to take the cash from sale, pay the taxes on the proceeds, and go rent.

Theres a great one going north on the Tollway just north of Alpha. Also a very prominent one going south on 75 just south of 635. Proud to see them each time I drive by. Also glad they're not just pushing online programs, but instead the university brand in general.

I really wonder if there wasn't an impact this year by the elimination of the ability to write off most of the forced "donation" to programs' scholarship funds to have access to buy season tickets. I know I was disappointed... Have only seen one article mention anything about it. I know large programs were trying to get season ticket holders to donate years worth of "donations" by December 31st last year to get it on tax year 2017.

Likelihood of it actually happening is low, but if it gets is publicity next year, I say go for it. At least early in the 2019 it could get us a short College Gameday segment like Ed Oliver got UofH earlier this year. Mason has an interesting story, he could get national publicity even if he never is allowed to win.
