As I understand it, the Frisco campus will not become its own independent university in the future. The reason why I think it’s a good idea long term, is that it enlarges the footprint of the university in a expanding area.

Currenty both programs share the same building right next to Fouts Field. The Air Force is it’s own independent program while the Army-ROTC program was as of recently part of the TCU program but is now part of the UT-Arlington program.

I’m interested to know the specifics of his contract with the 49ers. I haven’t found anything on it yet.

That’s a great opportunity. Right now 49ers backfield consists of Brieda and McKinnon. Two Georgia Southern guys who have not established themselves as the number 1 back. I remain optimistic he can make the team and be an impact player.

I remember that Aguayo guy from Florida St. got drafted in the second round a few years back. He never lived up to the expectations though.

This is just one persons opinion. Most have him being an undrafted free agent. Here’s hoping his name gets called.

I didn’t know you could renovate something that wasn’t finished yet. I think it’s a good article because you have to let the public know something is jacked up. I was wondering why it’s taken so long for this project to be finished.

I wish. It was posted under the IPF is Happening thread of this board a while back. So take it for what it’s worth. Again if anyone has information to the contrary then please share. I’m hoping to see the IPF built before I graduate.

Last I heard the IPF was short 500K-900K I’m not sure. It seems the project has stalled. Please correct if I’m wrong.

So how can this be fixed? I was under the impression that most schools not named A&M and UT operate at a deficit?

I understand why some get impatient about how fast the program is moving toward where we all want it to be. I really don’t want to be talking about the same problems at age 65 that we are talking about now, for some on this page, that is reality. But things didn’t get this way overnight and they won’t get fixed overnight either. GMG

I think the powers that be could work it to where a program earning over a certain amount has to have some kind of payout to the “student-athletes” while any program that doesn’t meet that amount is exempted. It sounds like a tax on winning now that I think about it. So probably no way it ever happens
