I think you explained it way better than I did. Yes completely agree. It just seems off this year, weather perceived or real. As it stands now, CUSA is 2-3 against the Sun Belt this year.

Is UAB or another CUSA team getting top 25 votes? Western Kentucky losing to Maine and UTEP and Rice are a combined 1-16. FAU is in a down year. So yeah I’m going to say CUSA as a whole isn’t doing too well. My point is how does Georgia Southern get so many votes when they’ve only played App State. I’m just curious.

So Georgia Southern recieved 62 top 25 votes. GSU is one year removed from finishing 2-6. Their only big win was against Appalachian St. honestly this stings but it’s true, CUSA is in a down year, to say the least. It makes sense for UNT to have its own medical school. I don’t understand the reasoning against it, since nearly all are located in the Houston area already. Some political shenanigans behind the scenes I presume -
I’m skeptical that Wilson is capable of bringing 4 or 5 star guys that don’t have issues. Whether it’s character/legal/ or academic. I want to win just as much as the next fan but I don’t want the price of winning to bring shame on this program because the NCAA wouldn’t think twice about making North Texas an example.

Hoping TCU can become bowl eligible. I would absolutely love a bowl game against them.

A commuter school in the same city as the Rangers, Cowboys, and Six Flags. Yeah....sounds like a good idea to me, no one is going to those games.

I mean....he does have a point. North Texas gets destroyed last year in the New Orleans Bowl by Troy. Then UAB gets blown out by fricken Coastal Carolina the second game of the season this year. That’s just not good for perception.

From looking at these predictions we are way ahead of schedule. A ten win season and a bowl win would be monumental and keeps building momentum for next year.

Kind of a down year for volleyball, the team currently stands at 10-15 overall but sit in 4th place at 6-3 in conference. Just the mention of any MAC team bores me to death. That whole conference just doesn’t do anything for me.

If you want to walk away as a fan that’s your business, but I’m here for the long game. I do like the fact that expectations for this program are higher than ever. No more “let’s just hope for a bowl game” crap. We want championships and wins at the highest level.

A P5 fan base isn’t going to get excited about a 10-2 season. Especially with high profile losses to Bill Clark and Lane Kiffin, why do we keep putting SL in front of these coaches? He’s not going anywhere
