Wasn’t me. I have always said it’s not the priority of students to fill that stadium. They are after all going to class and trying to graduate and probably working at the same time. Furthermore if and when North Texas does sell out the student ticket allotment will be the first to get downsized in order to give to the alumni. Alumni are the ones that have the money and or time to make it to all these games. Where North Texas has failed is turning students into fans because the product on the field has more often than not been not worth the students time.

Yes, but the alumni base is huge for both academies so that it really doesn’t matter. It’s literally the only game alumni from both academies watch or care about.

I love bringing up North Texas beating Army to all the West Point officers. 😆

Caponi…the 5th defensive coordinator at North Texas since 2016. Is that normal? I don’t know but it seems that defense is only a theory for the last two coaching staffs.

They’re just people. You might be surprised how many people actually talk crap about the service academies that are in the military. It’s easy to separate the football team from the actual branch itself.

Even if they win, which is a long shot, I doubt they keep their autonomy status. There is no configuration left with the remaining schools that would enable a new PAC to keep that status, if that’s what these two schools ultimate goal is.

I like the black….the helmets though with the SOW and the state of Texas outline….it’s been done and done again. Not a fan.

Apart from getting a win (I hope at least) this game does absolutely nothing for me as a fan. If we put 60 points on the board, then that’s a different story.
