There was clearly a significant amount of turmoil in the locker room from the coaching blunders last year that affected the product on the field, which I think significantly hurt his chances of getting drafted. Like I said earlier, I never thought in a million years those failings would also affect his status as a UDFA.

I can't believe I actually agree with Cougar Queen.

In hindsight, I 100% agree that Mason should have transferred. Obviously staying hurt his NFL prospects.

Never in a million years did I think that the NFL would not even give him an opportunity as a UDFA. Seth needs to be in the ear of every contact he has in the NFL. This is ridiculous.

Nope. You're wrong. Dead wrong. So far up your own ass wrong you don't know what your small intestine is and what your colon is.

Nothing left for him to do or prove. If the f uckers in the NFL can't see who he is they're all morons.
-
Nah, he's probably just picking between offers.

I wish there was a stronger button than a downvote for you.

What the ****.
-
Saints picked Tommy Stevens, QB from Mississippi State. ****ing kill me.
-
SAINTS HAVE A PICK AND IT IS IN DID THEY GET A PICK FOR MASON?!
-
I think he's going to get a bigger role next year.
-
If they don't get drafted at least that means they get more of a choice assuming there are multiple offers for our guys.
-
I hate the NFL. The majority of the guys that got picked will suck and be out of the league in a year or two. Meanwhile two great, NFL caliber (in terms of talent) players with great character in Hambone and Mason must go through free agency. What ****ing garbage. I thought the draft was over. I'll delete if either get drafted.

Things here, in Texas specifically, have not been as bad as other more densely populated areas, which makes sense. I was expecting us to get harder more(holy crap I need to go to bed). Maybe the social distancing worked, maybe because our population density is relatively lower and relative lower amounts of public transportation participation, but I don't see it getting worse. My concern now is that this goes away in a month or two, we try to get back to normal, and wave 2 hits in the middle of next football season. If I'm wrong and things get worse between now and August, well, there won't be a vaccine this year. We probably won't have college football. We may have professional football with no crowds. I hate this shit but I'm grateful the impact in Texas has been somewhat minimal so far (comparatively, not trying to diminish the lives of those that were lost anywhere).

I also hold the mainstream media responsible for this. You'd think China locking down basically the entire ******* country in January should have sent some clear signals to the mainstream press. I know I sure as **** was paying attention back in January. My friends called me crazy when I said that this would be a pandemic and would tank the world economy back in February.

First detected case. So the travel ban from China wasn't a directive (which by the way is a major reason why we're just now seeing this pop up in the US). The fact of the matter is NYC leadership did not act quickly enough and did not take it seriously enough even as late as early March when De Blasio was telling people to go about their normal lives and that everything was fine. But they aren't the main people to blame, though if they had acted sooner NYC could have mitigated some of this. The entire world underestimated this because the Chinese Communist Party lied to the entire world about their numbers. They are to blame for the whole world's lack of preparedness for this severity of this virus.

As a West grad, football has always been awful. Not much gonna change that.

As much as I usually disagree with what you post you made one of the most important points about this virus. Pneumonia is not a "mild" symptom and it is the result of secondary infection from the effects of the virus (as far as I can tell as someone that isn't a medical professional). Not only that a "mild" case of pneumonia can easily turn into a severe case. I think our medical system (in the US) will treat pneumonia as a serious symptom and will try to hospitalize most people that have it, but based on what I've seen, that's what they tried in Italy and they are out of hospital beds in the most affected regions. We are going to see some pretty serious triage if this is all accurate. I hope I'm wrong. Even if you live through the pneumonia the lesions caused by the virus in the lungs causes permanent scarring. Stay away from people if you can. @FirefightnRick, keep doing good work and good luck. I hope the FD has enough PPE to protect you guys.

Mason Fine works out with Drew Brees
peanuts104 replied to peanuts104's topic in Mean Green Football
Looked like very targeted exercises. Not gonna knock Mason for it and hopefully they are a routine he can incorporate into his own to make himself better. -
https://www.instagram.com/masonfine09/?hl=en You have to have an Instagram account to see it. If you have one, tap/click on the profile pic, but Mason worked out with Drew Brees. I think that's a good sign!

Yeah not sure Hambone is best suited at LB lol. Stick him on the edge to feed on QBs.
