I puking eagle'd, but seriously, they got to the QB last year. The scuttlebutt about the personality conflicts are concerning but they got it done. We haven't reliably gotten to the QB this year without them. A real question to ask is how much was our success of getting to QBs last season tied to the Murphy twins? And how much did they raise Bennet's profile as a DC? Because this defense is lacking something upfront. Last year, there were some issues in the backfield, but the front 7 kept it manageable. It doesn't appear we have that this year. Conveniently, we don't have the Murphy twins either. Offense is going to have to be the monster it was to keep pace. This defense isn't stopping shit based on these three games. I'd like to be proved wrong.

Dude made La Tech a conference power house and non-conference threat with few resources, far fewer then we have. I still don't understand the firing. I'd take a 1/2 skip over a 3/2 SL.

I'd take Skip Holtz in a heartbeat over any other candidate available now.

It's going to be hard to win games if Aune can barely get 50% completion imo. There's a reason 60%+ is usually indicative of success. But if the D can play better then this game and if we can run it down our opponents throats...I think we can get to a bowl. I just hate that it seems Aune is probably the best QB on roster.

At this point I'm pretty sure SL is hiding the other QBs because they are even worse despite all of them being on scholarship. It seems Aune is the best QB on the roster, and that is truly really f'ing sad.
