Picked up an offer from A&M. Our only chance of getting him at this point, imo, is if we can convince him to come here to play with his HS QB (Kason Martin).

I think that part of it has to do with the fact that we're still below the scholarship cap. When every single scholarship matters you can't be as risky with possible non-qualifiers.

I really like this move. It never hurts to have more depth at CB, and maybe he can also moonlight as a safety at times. Good pickup.
