Old rivals from the Southland Conference. It was more of a basketball rivalry for a while since UTSA didn’t have a football team. They SHOULD be in the Sun Belt with them so they can do this every year.

Everyone is making note of how bad the competition has been for us thus far. Well we have watched 3 teams play UNT and get dominated in all 3. Who has been the best and worst team we have played thus far? My rankings are 1) SMU 2) Arkansas 3) IW

Yep, still not believing Bert Veto when he throws out random "insider information" on suspected schools that SL received interest from last off season. Click Bait. However, I still read the darn articles.

I was there vs UTEP in 2015! Last game of the year (and my undergrad). I remember there being more UTEP fans than students in the student section. It was Thanksgiving weekend too. What a time to be alive!

It was 7-0 when we used it and we certainly were taking Arkansas seriously. It's been blown up because of how lopsided the game ended up being. Someone said it before that if we won, ESPN and others would have ran the score and moved on to not show a weakness in the SEC and P5. Instead, its being run over and over and over again and us as a G5 team is getting free publicity.

Watching BTG and some of the post game celebrations, he just looks more at ease with the team and happy with life. Not to say he struggled last year, but I took him as more a reserved type of guy. This guy is really letting his personality shine and his on field performance is up too. Very happy for him.

Only UCF was undefeated in those 4 years. It’s hard for a G5 team to stay undefeated.

Where’s Arkansas?

We knew we were getting $1 Million when we scheduled the game. It’s probably already built into the budget for the year.
