This defense allowed FAU to push them around.. it was from the first play, not in the middle of the game or are after half.. if they were gassed on the first drive

I think it’s a legitimate reason when you give up 460 yards at half and nearly 800 for the game.. just shows they were not focused like they should be.. If they were studying that is different but taking selfies, calling out fans for leaving with the 1:10 left then crapping the bed is bad

Agreed, about Reff.. he should have been on thin ice since SMU, the whole bend but don’t break vs UAB and UTSA is not acceptable.. My question is who takes over play calling? Yes it’s a dumb question but a legitimate one that needs to be answered.. I’m guessing Brown does?

Have to agree, if they can go 3-2 the remaining games, which should be doable that is fine with me.. Yes it’s disappointing compared to the past few weeks but honestly we thought 6-8 wins was the best.. They laid an egg vs SMU and came back with 4 impressive performances.. let us hope this let them refocus and get off the high horse.. this team is not entitled to anything

Yes he was back after the hit, but it looked like FAU rotated a safety that way.. it didn’t help that the OL couldn’t maintain its blocks

Nothing, but you would have to hope we can get 1 or 2 stops vs Army.. i don’t think Army can cover Guyton which should give us an advantage I hope.. but FAU covered him and stopped everyone else for the most part

LAT and Army are the biggest worries.. Army if we get up by 2/3 TDs it should be in the bag with there offense but this defense is terrible..

That wasn’t a struggle tonite.. that was worthy of a firing.. I can understand 1 barb-burner (SMU) but not that epic beat down..

They were selfish by allowing someone else to tackle guys, Toughness to withstand that beating and disciplined to not lay out any cheap shots

Atleast I can see what pick up lines work on FL girls when I go for spring break, right? So atleast the team did something right, but I’m guessinf they couldn’t close 😕

Fine has proved he has developed to an impressive level.. he does not need game reps.. Putting in Quinn would have been good for Quinn because it would have changed the voice in the “huddle” and it would have provided him some playing time if needed.. Also, Fine took a beating vs UTSA, giving him half the game off would have been nice
